      Did not like product. Received an email 3 days after product was sent again. Called to complain.Was told they would cancel a subscription I was unaware of. I had been charged on my MC. They would not let me return the package.

      This company is a scam they took $48 for services rendered that was not given. I was told that because I spoke to a provider that was 3 minutes long telling me that they would sent an authorization to my insurance company and my medication would be covered. The company never sent an authorization so when the pharmacy went to check for the authorization it was not there and they assumed that it was denied. I had to get in contact with this company to even get that information from them because no one contacted me back. I called my insurance company to confirm no authorization was sent. They did not preform the services they claimed they provided. If I speak to a provider I expect them to do what they said they would, this was not a service this was a scam.

      I started an inquiry with them, backed out, never had a telemed appointment and yet they hit my paypal account and sent me my prescription for a sleep medication. I should have contested them but I thought this is a one time purchase so I let it go. June 10, 2024 they sent me an email saying my meds had shipped and hit my account for ******, this first bottle was $132.60. I was outraged, called and told them to cancel this shipment, explained that I never had a telemed appointment and that I felt this was a scam. They sent me an email saying my membership was cancelled but still took the ******, overdrawing my account causing a $29 overdraft fee! I intend to report them to the Fl Attorney General. Thy need to be stopped!

      The most terrible experience I have ever had in my life. No one answers your questions no one replies to your emails. I read the reviews. I asked for a cancellation. They still have my money and wont give it back. I am now filing a charge back with my credit card.

      Charged for the subscription immediately, told I was approved immediately and prescription was being filled. It still says in progress on the app and its been weeks. Ive messaged them and have had no luck. When I emailed them at the email on their site, it said it was blocked after I sent it. After reading reviews, Ive been scammed.

      If I could leave no stars, I would. Firstly, it's expensive. $300 to start, then $78/month for weight loss. Several weeks wait for a Dr's ************ Then I waited over a month for an insurance pre-auth (which was denied). Another month passed AFTER I indicated what out of pocket option I wanted. Took a few weeks for a payment to process, and now I'm still waiting. So much time has passed, the app is telling me it's time to renew my Rx (you know, the one I haven't even received yet). Meanwhile, there's no program I can work on in the meantime...just me throwing money down a black hole. It takes a week MINIMUM for responses to your messages. And now they are refusing to acknowledge that I've repeatedly asked for a full refund. DON'T DO IT!

      HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING experience. ZERO care or customer service Similar to other posts here, but started off well, but my prescription has been unfulfilled since 5/10/2024. Funds were taken out of my account right away but I have not received any update on my prescription and I am out of my prescription. I have tried to get this resolved by using the patient portal which is the preferred communication method, email, and phone calls. I've been promised returned calls from management and team members - no one calls back. It's been over a week since I've gotten a response to my follow up questions in the patient portal. I will be cancelling my subscription with this company and requesting a refund. Not worth the frustration.

      Beware!!!! They charged my credit card $774 for a 6 month weight management maintenance fee. I had not even used them or spoke to them in 5 months and I used the injection for 2 and never lost a pound.. I dont believe their product is the real deal. I am waiting for my refund.

      This is a scam of a company! I canceled my membership with them in 2023 and they still have been charging my credit card. I have received no service and no merchandise from them and got charged over $1000 already. Please dont use this company, total scam!!!

      This website is s total scam!! I canceled my membership last year and they still went behind my back and charged my credit card twice for something I didnt even use once!!! I took no service nor merchandise from them not even once and they still charged my credit card for over $1000!! Total scam!!!!
