      Signed up to receive a medication and then learned it would be covered free under my insurance company. I contacted this company and didnt hear further from them. Suddenly this month they sent the prescription out after months had passed and charged my credit card $360. Money I dont have for a product I dont need it. There customer service said the best they can do is cancel further shipments. How could this happen? If this is a legitimate company why so underhanded. Ive reported to my bank and am waiting a response. Using my credit card in that manner is so unprofessional.

      Not at all happy with the service. I have paid $99 for the initial consultation and $129 for the medication and I have not received said medication even though it is passed the 14 days since I ordered. I have contracted customer service through the app to get a refund and have not received and answer. Look into other businesses for weight loss medication.

      I should have read the reviews before signing up - total scam!!! They have my money wont refund because its in progress. Been in progress far beyond their promised/stated timeline. Filing fraud charges with my bank.

      in 5/20/24 i pay for 6 month $390 and i don't get any weight loss shout and i email, or phone never answer.

      SCAM!! I paid for the 6 month service ($387) because to meet my weight loss goal it would take a year according to the site. Paying 6 months was cheaper than month to month. I was able to quickly have a meeting with a doctor. This was my first red flag. They took my word for it when I said my weight. She prescribed me medication based off the information given. Two weeks later the medicine still hasn't shipped. I'm seeing similar reviews. Any site that gives them good reviews the customer is making those immediately after the first appointment before they realize the product isn't going to show up. I was billed an additional $99 for a months medication. I told them I wanted to cancel the service and be refunded because the product never arrived. I received a quick response trying to give me 2 months free. I declined and they apologized and quickly processed a refund for $347. This is less than my total paid. I'm owed an additional $139. When I made them aware of this I've received no response and it's been 3 days.

      When I first started with this company they were great now not at much. On 4/19/24 I order my refill of the semaglutide medication. I was charged 200 and as of today 6/3/24 I have not received anything. I go on the website and all they tell me is that my tracking information will be sent. Today someone reach out and told me that they had an issue with the pharmacy. I had requested that my prescription be sent to another pharmacy but no respond. Last week I didnt inject myself in hope this would be resolved but nothing as of yet. I only have one dose left. I am very frustrated and this is very disconcerting. I dont get how they are playing with people health. Anyone reading this steer clear of this company.

      If I could give them zero stars I would. From the initial website, it is not clear that they do not provide meds. I checked before and didn't see that information. It was only after I submitted payment that it was clear. I had to ****** from a different tab and ask specifically if they offered meds. My biggest complaint is that I canceled maybe two minutes later and reached out to customer service for a refund, as their site says they will refund and I have gotten no more than one reply. The response asked why I wanted to cancel and why I wanted a refund. I responded immediately and no one ever replied. I have emailed and sent various messages over the last two days and gotten no reply. They are purposely deceitful. They t terrible customer service. Do not use them for anything. I will need to reach out to my banking institution now because they refuse to respond to me.

      Its a scam! I have never received my medication and paid $290.25 and $99.00. I requested a refund and have not received that back either.

      I signed up with LifeMD for medication for weight loss paid $389 initial payment and $299 for medication that I have not received. Meet with the ** on May 16, 2024 and they wanted the $299. Nothing has arrived and I have been getting messages asking how I'm doing. I only have the prescription for Nausea nothing else. I will like a refund from them this is something shady going on. I'm not rich and they are charging for things that I believe now to be fake. I'm contacting my credit card company about this as well. My warning is too just diet and exercise on your own forget this get rich quick scammers. I'm really disappointed in LifeMD they appeared to be a legitimate resource but they are far from it. Please use caution and buyer beware. I'm going back to the gym and loss weight like normal folks. I need my money back now.

      In 7 days I was charged $239 and then $774. They will not tell me what they charges or for and I have not received any medication. Scam!!!
