      This is a scam of a company. My bank has filed fraud. Police have even been called. This company should sincerely not be in business anymore. Cant wait to see this in a documentary on ******* in five years. Do NOT do business with this s h i t t y company.

      I subscribed to LifeMd April 22 2024 for sleep medication. After 5 confused employee calls and 2 emails that states a response will be sent in 48 to 72 hrs. I am still waiting for my sleep medication on May 15th. They refuse to cancel transaction and return money. I feel this is another scam and would like a refund.

      It's been months and I still don't have my medication. I keep calling and I get a different reason every time I call. Miss leading advertising, and I can never talk to the pharmacy or a supervisor. I can't even tell you that this company is real or not.

      It was misleading. I paid $387 for a 6mos treatment thinking it was for the consultation and medication but only to find out that it doesnt include the meds. So i would like to request a full refund.

      I am so upset. I found out today the pharmacy they are sending my prescription to is being sued for there compounded semaglutide. I really feel I deserve my money back. Now I am worried what did I really inject in my body.

      Keep your wallet closed!! and if I could rate this company a zero, I would. First off, I could not get an honest answer regarding why a person beyond a certain age couldn't obtain weight loss medication. I was not using my ******** or supplemental insurance as payment. I was going to pay out-of-pocket. My family physician, who I've seen for over 30 years, prescribed the weight loss medication for me, but my pharmacy could not get ahold of the drug for over a month. The LifeMD person who contacted me said they, LifeMD doctors, were not allowed by law to sell the weight loss medication to me because of my age. I contacted my lawyer, and he informed me that doctors must comply with section 1557 of the *************** Act, which prohibits discrimination based on age. This makes me wonder- are doctors really behind this LifeMD service, or is this just a 3rd party pharmaceutical business? Can seniors who have been refused weight loss medications by these "doctors," and I see many reviews stating refusal, take this company to court? I will continue to check into this further, as well as wait to make sure I"ve been given a full refund since they refused me their service.

      Yes, I feel lighter...of $290 "consultation" fee and another approximately $120 for a prescription that never arrived because the "pharmacy" was continually out of medication.Paid a consultation fee. Yes, you will qualify for weight loss medication - everyone does. And depending on your insurance plan - that's the medication you are prescribed by a nurse practitioner over a Zoom call.They do text you a lot to inquire about your health. I had nothing to report as I never received anything, and told them that, they then told me to call the pharmacy and the pharmacy told me to call LifeMD. No one took responsibility. And I'm out $400+.It's a scam, don't do it! Exercise and eat less...

      Already 3 months and still no medication, and they still charge you. In the end, they said I need to pay the full price. Their reponse time is super slow, so if you have an issue with your insurer, it will take weeks to resolve it.By the way, It's almost impossible to cancel. This is a fraud.

      Extremely misleading, not only did it cost me $347 to wait two and a half months to speak to a doctor, then he informed me that the *********** doesn't allow compounded weight loss medication. Two days later, after having my insurance info for two and a half months, they send me a message letting me know I'm not covered for weight loss medication, and I will need to pay full price.
