      This place is a joke. I signed up for a month membership had my consultation they said I would be getting my medication next week. Still have not got it, I have been messaging them and they keep giving me the same runaround ******** answers. I honestly think its an automated system responding to me. It is time for me to renew and I dont want to bc I have not even tried the medication yet to even see if I wanted to do another month they told me dont worry about it we will let you try it before you renew and THEN I get a random message saying I need to renew so I can get my medication! I have already paid for my medication that I have not even got yet!!! What the ***** Am I talking to 10 different people bc we are all obviously not in the same page. This has been a complete waste of time and more of a headache than ever! DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

      Horrible company to deal with.spent alot of time on the phone with different people and filling out forms and being told by at least 3 people that my script would be provided in 3 to 5 daysthat all was good I provided credit card info, Ids and answered all questionsthen I got told that since I didnt have ******** Part BI didnt qualifythere was no question re this in the whole process until the last day when they denied meand I could never talk directly to ****** the person who always emailed meworst customer service I have ever experiencedno one knew what the answer wasI have denied any payment on my credit card to their companyWOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

      Wow, should have looked here first now Im out a lot of money. First I signed up because the sight literally said ****** includes Labs, ** visit, and access to prescription drugs. Then they charged me ****** for the prescription. Then I got a message saying they were going to up my prescription for ****** do you agree? I said Yes. Then I was charge ******. I asked why they said be a I agreed to up my prescription. Dont trust their words. The ** was also rude, I tried asking questions she was more concerned about getting me off the call. Now they took ****** out of my account and Im out of my meds and they still have not shipped them. I have been sending messages and ***** is replying! This is peoples health you are messing with not cheap clothes on Temu but medical needs!

      It was such a delight to speak with ** ******* today, I had hesitation and was skit dealing with an online platform. But the call was great, good quality, good information. At the end of the call, we have a prescription thats gonna be on its way. I was also skeptical about the pricing and it turned out. The pricing was a far less than what I expected. Im very excited and very happy and will report back on my progress.

      Not worth the hassle, it is a scam for you to pay $249/mo. For them just to write you a prescription that I already obtained from my regular *** then they charge you for the medication on top of that $249 and you dont even get enough medication for one month. I did it for 2 months and the dosage they prescribed me was so low I didnt loose a single pound besides the money out of my pocket , buyer beware. You are better off actually paying for the medications your Dr ********** you than to waist money here!!!

      What a disgrace. Read your reviews and how you take advantage of people is absolutely unacceptable. Numerous phone calls and texts with no help from anyone has left me exhausted. Maybe that is your plan? You give no response at customer service to people. You should be ashamed of treating a customer like this! Finally *** was not only helpful but kind and I pray resolved my problem. I thank you ***. Please customer service in the future try to be kind to people and listen. We are here for help from you. So many people seem to have a problem and you should listen and help instead of making people more anxious and upset!

      Horrible experience, they took my money and no response for days. Very poor customer service, need to wait for requested appointment more than 2 weeks. Providers are rude and not interested to help at all, ignored my symptoms and dont listen

      I joined LifeMD and paid for a prescription on March 9, 2025. I spoke with their representatives multiple times, and they assured me I would receive my prescription within 14 days after the pharmacy received it. However, 14 days have passed, and I still have not received it. They are unable to provide any timeline for when I can expect my prescription. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I have requested a refund. Yet, their system indicates that it could take up to 30 days to process, which further delays my goals. I strongly advise against using their services.

      Ive had a couple issues in the 10 months Ive been with LifeMD, but they have been great to work with. **************** was professional and understanding when I had a billing issue and resolved the problem quickly. The medical professionals Ive dealt with have been very helpful.
