      This online company is a joke. They make you think by paying a certain price you will be speaking to a health care professional and then getting the weight loss medication. That is not the case. You pay a fee and that is only to join the program. They then want insurance information and you will have to pay additional fees if they prescribe you any medication. This place is a joke! Wish I had done a little more research before falling into the trap!

      STAY AWAY !!!MISLEASING SNAKES!!!Not only do you pay for something you don't get but you have to pay for the medications and other charges!!!!These people should be ashamed of themselves!!! Im suprised they're in business and haven't been sued yet.

      I will be starting a class action lawsuit against life MD I was a REXMD subscriber and life MD started taking five dollars a month out of my banking account. With that being said, I had to cancel my account and get new cards and new numbers and what do you know they got that information somehow too They started deducting five dollars a month out of my debit account again to no avail. I have contract contact them and all I get is the runaround so there will be a class action lawsuit filed on my behalf, hoping the others will jump in and join the effort, tired of being ripped off in Virginia .

      I paid for a membership not knowing the medication was not included in the fee as the information is very misleading. I immediately cancelled my membership and requested a full refund. I have not been contacted back.

      I need medical assistance as I have ssues sleeping . I approached LifeMD . Answered handful of multiple choice questions and payed $270 for a prescription. I tried it for 2 days it had the opposite effect, I actually was up most of the 2 nights. I communicated that to the doctor supposedly assigned to me with no response on options or what I should do. I discontinued my meds on my own . Instead of advising me of what to do an automated massage was sent explaining how they are sorry and reminded me of there no refund policy.. Action not fit for a medical organization yet more suitable for scammers. They are simply drug sellers nothing more.

      Total scam! Would give 0 stars is able. Waited to have the Dr. *********** for over 3 weeks, and said Dr. was on the phone the entire ***********, was 10 minutes late and when I found out that its actually over $200/mo, she asked if I just wanted her to cancel. What a joke and just a huge let down to find theyre just out to make as much money as they can. Dont fall for it!

      Do not use them. Go to a doctor or center in your area. I paid my fees upfront and I am regretting it. I have not received any services OR any type of response over 1 month! I have emailed the medical personnel twice to see what the hold-up is. Each time I get that they need another 7-10 days. My initial payment was early February and I have not even started treatment. So they take your money and do nothing. They did not help me to get blood work as promised or anything. PLUS they do not tell you that it is a subscription plan that you pay every 6 months! I only found that out when I went to cancel my CC on their site. I put in a complaint with my Credit Card AND HOPE TO GET THE MONEY BACK. This company should be banned from advertising on TV and the internet.

      I feel like the majority of these complaints and issues are because the patient/ consumer is not reading thoroughly, while I will say it could be slightly clearer that the cost of the health program/ support does not included the medication, my experience so far has been great. My doctor was very nice, knowledgeable, interacted and seemed genuinely interested in helping me lose weight. The meds arrived within 4 days of confirming my address. I am only about to give my self the third injection. I feel great, less appetite for sure. I told myself I would wait 30 days before weighing myself to give the meds time to work. (Its states it will take some time to see results) Not to mention it looks like almost every bad reviews was actually taken care of by the company - a message was posted, and a partial if not full refund was issued. Anyway! Just sharing a positive experience amongst the negative. Thanks! *****

      Their website is extremely misleading. It makes you believe that the $290 you pay for the first 3 months is a program that incudes everything, but it is not. You dont find this out until after completing everything. I have emailed to get a refund but have not received a response. Will continue to find different ways to leave bad reviews to ensure this does not happen to more people.
