      Scammers!! 2/2024 ************ billed me $365 for a 6 month supply just to find out after my 6 min phone call that it would NOT include any medications!!!! Excuse me?!? The zep generic drug was going to cost me $325 every 4-6 weeks!! I told the doctor I can not afford to do that. She herself even admitted that she was sorry and that the wording needed to be changed. She said it was confusing and misleading. So after telling the company I no longer wanted to participate they told me I would be getting a refund. Come to find out those cheaters/liars kept $50 from my refund!!!! I wanna know why!!! I literally have phone documentation showing we only spoke for 6 mins. All of that time was her just confirming what I had already put on my questionnaire. Do yourself a favor and go to *******************!!!! Cheaper price for the medication and doctors visit.

      First it took several weeks to see the doctor but I was ok with that. after my my appointment i was told a prior authorization would sent to my insurance to see if the medication would be covered. after waiting several week i checked with my insurance and they said no PA was sent. I messaged LifeMD and after 4 days they responded it has been sent in. i went to confirm with my insurance and they still didnt have the PA. After more back and forth, they again told me it was submitted and again nothing. Finally after being told twice that they submitted it finally happened. by this time i was 2 months into their 6 month program. i was then told my prescription would be mailed to me. my feeling is that they drag you along to collect their program fee. they do not respond to requests , dont return phone calls, put you on hold for almost an hour.Suggest just stay away

      Beware of this company. I was assigned a provider to work with me due to my high level of glucose. I was told that they go through my insurance company first, and if my insurance won't cover the medication, then they would use their compounding company. I explained that I would not use medication from a compounding company as I know my insurance has covered this in the past. I was lied to by this company saying that they just hadn't gotten authorization from my insurance, and when I checked with my insurance company, of course there had been no outreach by LifeMD. All of a sudden I get charged for the compounding medication. When I brought this to LIfeMD's attention, magically my insurance company was contacted and then authorized the medication. Every month since, I get lied to by my provider saying that she put the Rx in, and my pharmacy confirms that has not happened. I have to send MULTIPLE messages before getting resolution. This current month, my pharmacy and I have been trying for 1 week straight now to get her to send in the refill and we have been blatantly ignored for a total of 7 outreaches. I will now not have time to get this refilled by the time I need to take it. I have a disability that results in lesions on my brain. It is my assumption that I am being taken advantage of because of this. Apparently she thinks the lesions on my brain make me forgetful or just plain dumb. **************** offered me 'one free month' as an act of good faith, which obviously does no good if I can't get my medication. Stay away from this place. Please.

      Extremely misleading process to buy a product. The ad suggested that you would be buying a product but in Fact you were only paying for a membership to be able to make your purchase.

      I paid the $387 and set my initial appointment. But the call never happened. In the meantime, I went to my PCP so I canceled my account, I think. The website does not give an option to speak to anyon or ask for a refund.

      LifeMD I signed up for a 6 month prepaid membership to LifeMD. The next day I changed my mind and cancelled my membership. I expected there to be a fee but they charged me the entire amount and didn't offer any type of refund. Please be cautious if considering LifeMD. I wish I had read the BBB reviews prior to signing up.*************************

      After filling out the intake jargon, I get to the appointment screen and the earliest appointment is over a month from now, but they want you to go ahead and pay TODAY???!!! Scam!!!!!

      Huge scam. I paid for the three month plan. After charging me and appointments they told me they did not legally accept my insurance so will refund the money. After confirming I log back in to check the status they deleted every appointment detail and record I ever had. I am looking to do a litigation as this is hippa violation deleting my medical records after taking away the money
