      This compant feels a bit like a scam. I recieved my first vistit and prescriptoin in a very timely manner. When it came time to refill the trouble started. I had a visit with a "doctor" the first week of December and was charged for membership and the prescription, which I still have not recieved- second week of January almost 6 weeks later. I have sent emails and made phone calls for support and it's so disappointing to be made to beg for services and products that have been paid in full. The "Care Team" sends form answers and I don't think "real" people read the concerns, auto generated responses that dont answer questions are sent with is the opposite of quality patient care. After all the back and forth, I have entered a dispute with my bank for charges made and services not delivered. If you are considering this site for your Healthcare, I would STRONGLY urge you to look elsewhere for quality patient care and follow up. You're worth it!

      The medication does not work for me. The company refused to refund an unopened shipment. Im out $204.

I have reviewed your account and I do see that a billing reminder email was sent to you on 12/22/23 about your upcoming shipment, this would have been when we could cancel this order. Unfortunately, we did not receive a cancellation request until 1/3/24, after the medication had shipped and been delivered. By law, prescriptions are not refundable.       The wording as you go through their process was very misleading. I was under the impression that they would be the ones who were procuring the medicine and not having me wait to see IF my insurance would cover it and if not to use their prescription card. After submitting payment to them, I found this out, which needs to be upfront and allow us to read and help one decide.

      Nothing but a scam. I signed up for the 6 month membership, kept getting hounded to complete pending information prior to my appointment, but had nothing pending in my profile. Reached out to customer service about the emails/texts I received, stating this is your 2nd notice, this is your final notice to complete pending information prior to your appointment, to which they told me it was a glitch in their system and to ignore it. After the 5th or 6th notice of the same thing, I decided to cancel as it didnt feel like a legit company. Reached out again about getting my refund of $387, to which I was told 4 times I need to provide a reason as to why I was cancelling my membership; I answered the emails every time with the same reason and kept getting the same generic response. *** reached out 5 other times since then and have been ignored. *** never had an appointment or anything done by this company. Nothing but a scam, DONT DO IT.

      After I signed up for this plan, I realized after speaking with my physician that it was not a healthy for me to make because of my chronic illness. Life MD is supposed to be a medical based company and questions about my health were never asked online. They just quickly took my money and when I tried to contact them the next morning by email, and by phone I received no response whatsoever. Nobody answered the phone they just took my telephone number to call me back no one ever called me back I sent them two emails. No one responded.I feel this company is a scam just out to take my money and offer me no recourse when the reality is that I cannot be a part of their program due to my ongoing medical condition that they shouldve questioned me about before accepting me into the program. I would like recourse of return of my $204.

      As many other posts are saying LifeMD is a SCAM. I signed up and was charged for a membership. Later I was told that I was not eligible for the treatment I signed up for. You pay before you speak with a doctor or are scheduled for any labs. I called for a refund after I cancelled my membership and nobody is answering the phone. I also have not gotten a response through email.

      I signed up for the 6 month plan. I filled out the questionnaire. Kept getting emails to fill out questionnaire. I have tried reaching out and no response in return via text through the website. Can not get through on the phone. I fully regret signing up and had closed the account out before getting any responses back. I have went to my doctor and am getting the help needed from my doctor. I have requested a refund as I have not used their services. I still have not gotten a response. I just want my money back as I feel I have been scammed out of $347.

      This is a SCAM...they will charge you $290.00 for a membership before they even know if they can medically help you or not. They lead you to believe that you are simply selecting a membership that you can partake in. They then charge your card immediately before you even speak with a doctor or be scheduled for any labs. I asked them for a refund of my money as I cancelled my membership as soon as I was notified of their pending charge. This is not how you conduct business. Being a so called medical advisory, you should speak with the patient, obtain labs and see if you can help them before you charge them for a membership. I now have to go through the bs of disputing the charge on my card. I did contact LifeMD and tried to pursue a full refund with them and of course they are now silent...SHOCK!
