      **************** is little no help. The 24/7 doctors you are supposed to have anccess to are booked out over a month to speak with. There is no phone number for help. The customer service portal has terrible response times and you get a new person with every response and have to catch them up to speed. I was written a prescription and the pharmacy could not fulfill it because the doctor left the practice. I have been trying for 3 weeks to have the prescription resent and have not been able to even get someone to understand the problem much less help! Terrible service!

      Dr. ****** is amazing. Great experience with this company. The care and communication has been like being in the office with Dr. ****** and I receive messages promptly afterwards. Nothing but good things to say.

      I thought I had found a great online option for receiving my GLP1 meds affordably. Then on the 3rd month I had a $300 charge for a monthly fee I had NO clue about. Apparently their monthly "membership fee" is a thing, and it is more than the medication I'm getting ! Have no grocery money for the next 2 weeks now. I'm so so upset.

      I am ******************************************************************** my long life. They are incapable of getting anything right. There is no accurate way of communicating any problem. There customer service people are only trained to give generic responses. If you have a problem it will never get solved. They respond to your questions with senseless answers that only raise more questions. If something goes wrong you will be stuck in customer service LIMBO. Their website is broken. My patient portal was filled with inaccurate status and information. They have caused more stress in my life than any one business ever has.

      They sell fake ***********. I worked in the weight loss industry and I know if you have alcohol and carbs that you will become very ill. After 2.5 months, I have gained weight instead of losing weight. They keep increasing incredibly slowly so I did the max dosage this week and drank wine and ate carbs, which I have avoided even before I started this fake injection. I did not feel ill at all. This is proof they are selling a fake product. Counting my calories, my macros and increasing my weight lifting to burn optimal fat, I have not lost a single pound in almost 3 months. Shame on you!!

      I initially signed up with this company online for the month to month weight loss medication, but after 1 1/2 months, I called in regarding their 6 month plan. I spoke with Jasmine who set me up on the 6 month plan. She told me after the 6 months that I would need to call in to renew my plan. I never called in because I had no intention on renewing the plan because the medication made me very ill. Later on, I noticed this company charged my card $774.00, and when I called them to inquire about the charge, ****** informed me that the program automatically renews every 6 months, and they will not refund my money. I told her that I know this company records the calls and she needs to listen to that call because it was very deceptive to not inform me of the automatic renewal. I want my money refunded. I did not even use the service the last two months of the previous 6 months because the medication made me ill. Please refund my money! If I knew there was an automatic renewal, then I would have canceled, but Jasmine told me that the service would cancel after the 6 months and I would have to call in to set it up again. This is highly unethical behavior from Life MD and I am extremely disappointed. I want my money refunded immediately. If you have to lie to your customers, then you will not have a long lasting relationship with the public.
