    Scammers!!!!!! They will rip you off. Charge you hundreds of dollars and will not cancel your order that was not even ship out. They are supposed to verify your identity but never did. Dont give you a price just charge you. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH REX MD !!!!!!!!!

    Currently still fighting with them I ordered my prescription last month. My subscription is set to renew in four days. I still havent even been shipped by original product. They kept telling me that it was 7 to 10 business days and then after that seven business days every two days I was told 24 to 48 hours, it is now 26 days and still no product. It has not been shipped. It still isnt hold in processing every time I contact customer support. I am just told the same thing over and over again the problem is still never resolved. I cant cancel my subscription until my order is processed according to their customer service , leaving me open to having my car charged again for a subscription that they havent even ordered for the first medication completely unprofessional. This is been an absolute nightmare.

    Several concerns: I asked for a one- month supply of ** meds. Instead, my subscription is for 6 months. The product did NOT work for me with a different company. Like another dissatisfied customer, I was told to wait 120 days after the delivery to re-inquire. Clearly, this is right out of The Scammers Handbook. My scammer expert once told me that stupid and needy people fall for this stuff. Im not stupid. So, Im stuck for 6 months with meds that dont work?! Nowhere does it say that there is a lengthy subscription. Kindly clarify. Im frustrated!

    I did not ask for a renewal and was sent and charged for an additional refill. I was told "no refunds" since I only "paused" my prescription and did not cancel it. The individual I spoke with was not only not very understanding but had absolutely no consideration for my request!

    Clicked on PayPal payment link to see the price. Order was placed without me confirming that I wanted to order. Immediately charged before my medical information was professionally reviewed. And I only received 25 of the 30 pills that I "ordered." **************** hasn't responded to my email about the shortage.

    It a money grab scheme. No reminders when their 3-month automatic order will ship. They don't care about the customer just getting $$$ when you do not need the prescription. Then they arrogantly tell you how you should know better and that is their policy. 1 out of 5 stars says it all!I think your reviews says it all, learn from them, or you will soon be out of business. If I could have given you zero stars I would.

    I initially ordered ******, but somehow I was sent ******, which has never worked for me. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything for me until June because I had a 6 month supply of the wrong ED *********** I can see why the company is not rated by the BBB. Do not deal with Rex MD.

    Thank you for your feedback, ******. I am very sorry to hear there was some confusion with our ad. The ad is for up to 95% off, not 95% off. I do see you spoke with a representative on 11/27/23 and agreed upon a lower price in which you were given a refund for the difference. Our representative also went over our T&C and advised you that all sales are final. We value you as a customer and your opinion is very important to us.
