  Will not give a refund if you want to cancel. Slow delivery **** day order processing, wanted to cancel but will not refund! Do not do business with this company.

  I had a prescription approved, but after seeing what was prescribed, I canceled within 10 minutes of receiving the email of approval. They shipped and charged me for the product even though they received cancelation before the order was ever fufillied. **** never order anything from them again!

  Absolutely horrible customer service, misleading pricing and order processing/delivery times. Misleading at best, down right false advertising is more accurate. Sent numerous emails and messages with no response. No updates nothing. This company is a sham, nothing but a lie and unkept promises. Advertised as 2 days to ship and overnight delivery, it's been a week and nothing, not even shipped still.just shows "processing"

  These guys are crooks. Website and personal portal is all screwed up. States that an order was either cancelled or needs attention but then doesn't tell you the issue. If you call their representatives they don't have any idea what they are doing. I finally just had them cancel the order and when I asked about a refund for meds they said all sales are final and hung up on me. Good thing I ordered through Paypal. They guys should be investigated for dishonest business practices.

  Placed order for specific dosage (100mg) but they shipped 50mg and said to double it. Makes no sense...then pills gone in 1/2 the time. No refund, no nothing.Also they require a subscription. You cannot delete your credit card information. You must call and then they harass for quitting.Poor ***************** I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. Because they do not care. They did not want to solve the problem. ********* more product and charge a CC.

  I filled-out the health questionnaire online and then changed my mind at the end, so I did not complete an order. Failure to order deleted my account page. Unfortunately, I still continue to receive text messages reminding me that I still haven't completed my order with a promise of 90% off to do so. Each text costs me only 10 cents, but it is both sender and receipt or 20 cents. Adds up over the month. So far my attempts to remove my contact information have been unsuccessful (called their support # and talked to an operator on the phone).

  This place is a total scam, they have zero return policy even if you never received your items. I can't believe they are even is business. Unless you read all the fine print you realize the fact they have put on a reordering scam, that even if the meds are fake or don't work!! They never returned my correspondence on there site, I had to call them multiple time an after being on hold for 19 minutes to finally talk with someone. Zero return policy, reordering scam, false advertising. STAY AWAY!
