    Rex MD is not a professional company. They are after your personal information to charge your credit card. I initiated an online order that I never finalized, but they got enough personal information to charge my credit card $204 for 30 tablets (twice). They charged my credit card without my consent twice. Again, this company is only after personal information to charge outrageous price for cheap medication. They do this scam to other people, that is how they make the money. By the way, I can prove all these facts.

    Filled out a form after a ******** ad, but it was misleading. ED meds were not 90% off so I didn't complete my order. Now I keep getting SMS and emails messages despite unsubscribing. I've called and complained and told I've been unsubscribed and removed from their system. ***** was the most recent manager that I spoke with who claims I have been removed, I won't believe it until a month passes.

    Well when I place the order over the phone received what I ordered it was not what I ordered the milligrams was half of what I actually ordered when I called back they told me there was nothing they could do and correct me if I'm mistaken it says there's a satisfaction guarantee clearly I'm not satisfied with half my order

    I received an email from Rex MD stating someone from its management team would contact me to ensure I am 100% satisfied with your services. This is regarding a fraudulent shipment of drugs to me, which I did not order, and immefiately asked not to ship, and Rex MD said they would cancel the ordered. A week later, I received the order. I immediately called them stating what fradulantly happened, and I returned the unopened package, without receiving any credit. This has been ongoing communications now for four months and is unacceptable. I have respectfully demanded a refund of $255. Its been over four months of trying to get my money back. Unacceptable.I've never seen a company operate this fraudulently before.

    If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a trial of Protaren for shipping costs. Online you cannot cancel any further shipments. You just get an email telling you a new shipment was sent and they charged your credit card. I called to say I would ship the package back without opening it and ask for a refund. I was told no refunds even though they state online 100% satisfaction guarantee. Stay away from this website - misleading information.Called several times asking for satisfaction. Their words - we don't guarantee that you are satisfied just that people are satisfied. Will not offer a refund - EVER! Hung up on me when I asked how they are guaranteeing my satisfaction.

    They should be shut down permanently Just third world thieves I paid for an order 8 November still haven't arrived customer service claims my order was paused Then has nerves to say I can't cancel and have my money refunded since they haven't delivered within a reasonable amount of time after being paid upfront they're just low life crooks

    Scam site! Ordered from them for the last year, they charged my account for a refill. And wasn't due, I reported it and said they refunded the $ and was up to my bank to realease funds. This went on for 2 weeks, opened up a dispute with the bank after 2 weeks of no refund, even though had their confermation receipt.. **** dispute the charge with bank and returned my $.. now I call and have been blacklisted because they refused to give $ or product.. scammers

    Rex MD Do not order online, and their product doesn't work.If you order online Rex MD will keep on sending you refills even after I told them their product does not work online. You can not return the product or get any kind of refund for their mistake.I hope this save someone from getting rip off, **************** gone bad...........This company needs to change in a big way or hopefully go out of business.PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
