      The customer service is null and you cant get a live person. This company delivers for *****. The driver delivered my package to the wrong apartment neither SpeedX or ***** are willing to help me. They admitted fault but still nothing. The correct address is as bold as it can be on the package but yet the driver delivered to the wrong apartment. So basically I spent money for a product I havent received and know one will assist me.

      I ordered a ***** package on February 2nd full of things i needed before my trip and valentines it was supposed to get here on the 7th-14th but i has not moved since the 5th!!! its stuck in *** so i wont be surprised if it doesnt get here on time and i cant seem to contact SpeedX customer service. All i get from it is we are not available and the line hangs up and mind you i have never had this happen before

      They have had my package for over a week now. They originally said my address wasnt accessible which is untrue. They tried that 3 months ago as well but I eventually received that package. This one Ive been waiting a week and they still havent attempted to deliver and there are no updates. The phone number listed says to go to their website. The support is a virtual assistant loop that offers zero resolution. I cannot get in touch with anyone. I will not purchase from anyone using last step delivery again.

      Unfortunately they are the trash delivering my order. I have a very simple problem I need fixed and their customer support is non existent. My package has already failed to delivered and I just need to get in touch with a REAL HUMAN. ***** ***** FIX YOUR COMPANY

      They still have not delivered my package. I ordered my package from ***** on January 8th 2025. I got a notification saying that my package was being delivered on January 13th 2025. I was fine with that because I needed my package by January 19th for an event. Later on that day Im waiting and waiting I get a notification saying my package was undeliverable because they couldnt get access. It didnt make sense because **************** never has this problem. So I was confused on why they were saying they couldnt get access to my house. I live in a gated community if they know you are dropping off an order with a valid receipt they are going to let you in. Today I got a notification again saying my package was being put up for delivery. I got a notification AGAIN saying that my package was undeliverable for the 2nd time. I even offered to walk to my security house that was all the way in the front; I told them if they had a problem getting in call me and Ill walk up to grab my order. They never called me, nor did they text me. So now I want a refund and I doubt that I will get that because I dont have my package so how Im I gonna be able to return it I dont know.

      If I could give the 0 stars I would. I live in ****** and in multiple occasions *** bought things from companies who uses speedx for their delivery service. And on every single occasion speedx has given me issues. I always receive a notification of out for delivery between 5PM to well past 2AM with nothing being delivered. And a day or two later Ill get another message saying failure to deliver. Once or twice is understandable but every time is unacceptable. There is no address available for a warehouse and there is no customer service number I can call. The customer service chat on the website gives me no answers and just continues to say that the package is rescheduled for delivery. How is this company still in business? Receiving packages is already difficult enough but this business is the absolute worst. There is no reason for them to be out for delivery in the middle of the night. Its no wonder theres a failure to deliver. NO ONE IS AWAKE TO RECEIVE IT! Do better.

      I recently made an order on ***** which I have done numerous of times, and they have all been delivered to this exact address that they are now claiming that is undeliverable, because my address is apparently wrong when that is so not the case, since I have always gotten my packages to my exact location with no problem. They refused to give me my package, or even tell me a way on how I can get it myself since it is currently in my area just sitting there. There is absolutely no way of contacting them, and this is a complete waste of time. Never order when you see speed X. Zero stars, if I could

      My package from ***** was out for delivery all day. They waited until the end of the day and lied that my address was incorrect. My address is correct because *** received packages from ***** all the time however this my first time getting SpeedX as a shipping carrier. This location is the one in *******, **. Im not sure if theyre stealing packages or what, but please bring my package.

      I think they scammed me. Everyone I know says when they get deliveries from speedx it never arrives. cancel immediately when it says speedx will be doing your delivery.
