  My personal Experience with Sunco was a very satisfying one. From the beginning to end they kept in contact with me every step of the way. The reps were nice and courtesy. The installation of the roof and solar panels were done with no problems. Even when I requested a error to be corrected they was on it right away with no problem. The installation crew were very respectful and left the work area clean and neat. I recommend to anyone.

  *********************** has a very poor communication with customer, their customer service is very bad especially after customer signed and gets approved of contract. Loan that we had with them is not a joke, we think they also overpriced what we have, new roof, solar, with supposedly battery that after over a month solar had been installed we still didnt get the solar battery (2), I had called left messages and also texted, and I also emailed mainland office but no reply from people who is supposedly know our account. There is ONLY one person whos amazing enough to keep me posted but this person only can tell me very little for it is not her department, so to speak but she tried really hard to get hold of people whos supposed to be helping me so shes like in the middle of all this. All we asked is for them to let us know whats going on! At this Ive waited over a week for an update about the battery, I was am told by a person from SUNCO they will deliver the battery to them last week Thursday/Friday but I havent heard anything at all. Tried contacting once again but to no avail. We need help!!! We will start paying very soon for something we dont have! HELP!!!

  On computer clicked roofing or new roofing, did not get response, but suddenly received a call with free to replace the roof and plus solar system.I refused to take an offer but (person) insist to make an appointment,I did.It was very good presentation for roofing and solar deal. For 25 Years I have to pay $133.00 to pay off the roof and solar. If I pay extra money I 3 years will pay less every month or pay off cost for service.Very fast i sign up on the persons computer this offer.Next day I received e-mail or a call from MOSAIC company with explanation that I signed up for a mortgage. At the same day I called *********************** to errase my account from mortgage, they agreed.By agreement, first Year no payments for electricity. Finally, after a Year I received from my bank statement and MOSAIC did take payment for a loan agreement.I was very surprised. Paid $30.00 to cancel this transaction. For now, MOSAIC calls me every day demanding payments, for which I did not applied and will send collectors.Finally I received two letters (before MOSAIC send me many emails, which I did not opened until now. I did not know that is for me. Some of them got very important information and some of them I supposed to sign to get project in effect..*********, one week after installation, after good rain was leaking. damaging kitchen closets. I called and SUNco promptly fit it.. Thanks.BBB please help to resolve my BIG problem.

  I am writing this review to inform that in the past several months I have been trying to get in contact with Sunco company also known as ATTYX they have ignored many of my calls. I speak to a person named *********************** he tells me that they will send somebody (repair person) to the house to check on my solar system. Ever since is been installed it have never worked there is a problem on the box panel outside the house, and when you get the chance to speak to someone nobody knows anything.!! they do not help the clients. I'am still waiting for a person to come to the house yet to look and see what's the problem on the box panel. they don't help at ALL also the incentive program is not what they give you. the sales person ( *******************************) come with a side pitch and none of it it's true.!! They are not a creditable company and I feel like I've been scammed and I'm very disappointed. Can somebody help us with this HUGE PROBLEM WE ARE ALL FACING THE COMPLAINTS ARE GETTING BIGGER.!!!

  Very deceptive business practices in getting you to sign up. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT. All paperwork you sign will fall under a UCC-1 filing. What that means is no matter what rebates that are offered to help pay down your loan once the panels are installed, if you dont get them you are still responsible for the entire amount owed on the contract. Its been 3 years and I still havent receive my federal and state substantial amount rebates. No one picks up any phone calls.

  They are very misleading . They lied about everything . DON'T GET SOLAR FROM SUNCO . THEY ARE NOW ATTYX. They lied about incentives how much my payments would be and it's doubled that. The loan company also told me that after 6 months it will go up to ****** . That's the same amount of an electric bill . Can somebody please do something with this company . The bad reviews you see on this website are telling the truth . I've talked to the owner ***** he said he'll get back to me never did. A former employee who came to our house with the salesman told me straight out we were lied to .

  Sunco is misleading the consumers. They tell you when you file your taxes. Federal tax credit is ******* State tax credit is ******* *** property tax abatement ******** Which this is the return from taxes you get back to add to your down payments.These amount add to credit only in case you owne taxes.So instead of the final amount being ******** The amount is back up to ******** as a senior who really wants to be ******** ******** if I would have known. Sunco could have keep their solar panels. The winter the light bill is higher than it was before the solar panels.

  Zero Stars! I signed for the solar panels and a Hvac system on 5/4/23. I was told the solar panels would be turned on within 1 to 3 months. I finally was allowed to turn them on toward the end of November 2023. I was told that they would cover my electric bill except for 10 or 15 dollars. So far, they have produced 10% of my bill. The worst thing is that on 2/26/24, I looked up and my ceiling was leaking. I called Beam the next day bc it was nightime. They asked for photos, and I sent them. They told me it would take 2 weeks for their roofing **** to contact me. The next day, my kitchen ceiling started leaking in 2 places. I called them again and told them this cant wait. Nothing they could do about it. I continued calling them 3 x a week and the ceilings got worse, bubbling in the walls, more leaking, and spreading damage on both ceilings. I kept calling with no contact from them, and they told me if I sent a roofer up to assess it that I would be voiding the guarantee. Also, I have asked them several times to send me a copy of the original agreement and they tell me they emailed to me, but I never receive it. Its 6 weeks now,

  SUNCO is misleading clients. You are told about the incentives but if purchasing the panels - you are not going to to get them for free or there are no grants, incentives where it will be no closet for the panels. I went from a con *********** of about $150-179 a month. Now my con *********** is $25 because they charge a service fee although my usage is almost none. But now I have a $360 auto payment towards the financing for the panels - so I can keep paying this amount for 26 years and the amount plus interest is $117k. I got a $5000 credit and applied all the incentives 25% and 30% but those incentives do not lower the financing amount. They keep saying its at no cost or no money down or no net cost. But I dont find it to be worth it, as I have no plans to sell my home. They are very crafty salesmen. Now the person who sold be the panels is referring me to someone else. Shocking! I did get a new roof and electrical panel upgrade. Do not buy panels in NY. Credits do not mean checks or cash back.

  This company sucks! They warranty their work for 2 years and you have to go through the manufacturer of the product they used to get anything done. They brought the product to be used on my roof and should be going through the manufacturer themself instead of passing the buck to the customer that paid for a new roof. If they can't stand by their products they shouldn't be in business.
