      Wonderful process during installation. You may get a very well spoken family man who shows you bills from his own family members they "helped", Very professionals and well organized. As soon as there was a problem, no one knows anything and the relationship turned very sour. My accountant told me I didn't qualify for the offer SunCo told me I was approved. This means that a ****** loan turned into ******* and all of that is now my fault because I didn't understand or I didn't read or they didn't say that. When you repeat what they said to you, they won't hesitate to call you a liar. On top of everything, this system is useless in winter. I still got $1000 bill for gas and electricity combined. If there's a technical problem, it's hard to get someone to pick up the phone and work with you or even return your calls. If there's an emergency, there are no backup batteries. If there's a blackout, the panels won't work because they need to grid in order to supply energy to the house. Save yourselves the headache.

      Absolute scam! They convinced my retired parents to get solar telling them its basically free. No one told them that all the government incentives were tax rebates. My parents told ******** they were retired! Now they are stuck paying the full price. Not only that, I was looking at solar for my house and the prices Im getting are less then half of what Sunco charged my parents for a similar system. Do not recommend these guys at all.

      I hate to give this company a 1 star, I'd rather give it zero stars. Please yall pay attention to the comonalities of all the negative reviews. Read the BBB, read their website, read all negative reviews and notice how similar each negative review is. It's no coincidence all of us experience the same issues with this company and their faulty systems. Don't even bother wasting your time talking to them at all. They are very convencing initially, and are excellent with the power of persuasions. However, beware and DON'T BE DECEIVED by their lies!!! They tell you everything you need to hear to persuade you to purchase their solar panels. They even have several people talk to you and "help in any way they can and let's not forget the state tax credit insentive". The tax credit is around $11,000 but it's divided into 2 yr increments. They encourage you put this toward your loan to lower your monthly payment. I spoke to the owner **** who called me personally to help resolve my issues AFTER leaving a one star review on their site. Now, not even a year later, here I am with the same issues. I've never had a consecutive year of service since 2022, but I continue to make $200.00 payments AND get high bills from ************ I'm paying between $300-450 a month between the two. This "investment" was supposed to lower my bill. Yall it's doubled my bill and now I'm stuck in a $35,000 contract with this no good company. Since purchasing these pannels in 2022, I've only had 2 significantly lower *********** bills. Yet, I still have no access to the app to monitor my usage because it says "your account is not currently associated with any systems". They have a customer service representative named **** who's HORRIBLE, **** and has the UGLIEST ATTITUDE. He talks like he hates his job and is also disgusted with ****. I have too many issues to explain here, but my take away to you is RUN AWAY FAST and don't let this company destroy your life like they did mine and many others. A SCAM!

      This company is a scam. I purchased solar panels for$40,000 13/2022 and they were never turned on. This company doesn't talk over the phone just text messages and now they don't respond to the text messages. No stars

      This has been a nightmare from the very beginning. First they put the wrong address on the paperwork. I advised the rep, that the address was wrong and was told , not to worry, it will be fixed. My application for financing was denied, because the address was wrong. I had to let them know the address was wrong, so they could re-submit the application for financing to *****. Next, It took forever to get the solar panels installed, i kind of let that go because it was end of year and new year. When they finally came out, they did a good job and the installers were very nice.I have been financed since december of 2023 and here we are ending Feburary of **** and I have not recceived any update or why my inspection paperwork continues to get denied. I have worked with *** at suncoproject.com , **** , ***************************** from SUNco Solar support , ****** who has been submitting the inspection paperwork, etc. It continues to get denied over and over agian. I called ***** and spoke to ****** at ***** on 2/9 to ask for help, because my ***** first payment was going to be in March. I was able to get that deferred , it is considered an installation postponement. I filed a complaint, and she said to give it a week for investigation. Today, I spoke with ********* at 11:06 AM at ***** nunber and she put me on hold. When she came back, she said there was no update and they will call when they have an update. I went to the Sunco Website at **************************************************** , emailed them for help on getting me an update on what is going on. This has been very stressful because my loan is over ****** dollars and no one will return my call. I need help ! I dont know who to talk to, no one will return my messages. **** has been very nice and can only give me what he is given on updates. I am begging for someone to please hhelp me and my family! Solar was to help us and now , we have a large loan and no solar !

      I feel like I have been scammed by SUNco and I am writing this review to make sure that the same doesn't happen to anyone else. I should have known better, but I had previously used another solar company and had a good experience, so I should have gone with them this time too. I was charged $40,000 for what I now know is actually a $20,000 system. I was told that with the tax incentives, the system would be affordable, and being naive, I fell for the sales pitch. I would advise everyone to shop around and get multiple quotes for the same system size from more reputable companies. I now owe $28k for a system that Is only worth $11k

      My house was used on commercial app without my an permission. It's private property. A new roof that leaks after a month and put my house on *** with send me the tax forms, as we agreed on the contract. My representative was on point with everything but the other the company assigned did communicate with me on timely basis .

      This company gave out false information. The roofing and the Materials used by ***** Corning are not good materials. The work done on the roof besides the panels is not good and the customer service is the worst. There is no management or rep to talk to only one guy answering the phone. The worst company very deceptive. The representatives are deceptive and they did not tell the customers they have a lien on your house along with the bank..the worst company for service of any kind

      Owner and sales people are not honost. They started the job in August, finally gor an electrical inspection just before Thanksgiving. Tell you gonna replace the hvac with rop of the line, unit so cheap it doesn't even have a brand name on it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
