  They promised me if I went with solar panels I would not have a power bill. Long story short 8 months later still paying Duke and still paying for solar panels a bunch of lies and broken promises and excuses so now I'm paying more for utilities because of the solar panels payments. At first told them no because I usually pick up on ** but they had like 3 different people call and persuade me that I was making a huge mistake by not going solar .

  I have had nothing but great experiences with Sunco solar. From initial call with the sales guy breaking it down with me so I understood everything. I have talked to a few other solar companies before but this one seemed to have the best equipment but also the best rates. Signed and they were out to do the roof asap! Then the panels shortly after. I understood that would still have power bill but all in all my bill is much less then what I was paying before. Highly recommend this company and have already referred my parents to them as well.

  To whom it may concern,I am writing this complaint because I have been mislead in purchasing my solar panels. *********** ******** told me that if I purchased the panels I would be getting either NO ConEd bill or a very minimal ConEd bill. He suggested that I put a heater in my pool and an electric stove and go buy an electric car because I would be saving so much money with these panels. My last 3 Con ****** bills were $504.70, $562.26 and $398.23 which is equal to my normal ConEd bills WITHOUT solar panels. Several times my solar panels stopped working for weeks at a time before someone came to fix them. Now, I am paying full-amount ConEd bills AND also paying for Solar panels. Currently it is costing me more with the panels than without. I got in touch with someone named ************************* at Sunco, he advised me that he would look into this matter and I have not heard back from him. This was over 3 months ago. I am very frustrated!! I cannot pay these insane Con *************** AND pay solar mosaic $65,000. I feel this is a scam and will have to take further action if I do not hear back from someone. Please HELP!!!!***********************************

  Is there an atty that can support all of us in this fiasco. Our roof was done and panels installed and hooked up. Our issue is the misrepresentation of the financial piece. We were told we were getting $18000 from the Federal Govt and $12000 from the State to offset the price of installation. Not the case. OUR TAX person explained it would be a credit not a check. Why lie. We have a huge loan over $70000 with one of their banks. And must pay the monthly fee or ruin our credit.When I call they are very nice and tell me don't worry the check is coming.DO NOT USE SUNCO. JUST A BUNCH OF LIARS. DISGUSTED. WE NEED A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

  This is 6th month running now, they only installed the panels but STILL NOT CONNECTED. Meanwhile they took my ********* and no more communication. can't reach anyone, if you call the front desk 10 times, maybe "MR. ***** will pick once and hear your problem like he is the only one who care. eventually after a while he'll hand up by saying the MANGER is busy or in a MEETING and will call back in ***** hours. But this is just a BS (they will never call back)!If anyone knows any lawyers who can help; please let me know. or any other victim can reach me akbronx1 @ gmail. com and we can work together to bring SUNCo to Justice. thank you for reading.

  I couldnt be happier with the service I was provided from Beam, highly recommend them! We got our panels turned on and have noticed significant savings, give them a shot and you wont be disappointed.

  I had the pleasure to be introduced to the Solar Program by *****, a sale representative. of SUNco Solar. His detailed explanation displayed how knowledgeable he was about the product thus convincing me to go for it. ***** has made himself available for questions I had before and after the panels were installed.

  Starting to think that this company is operating a scam targeting seniors. Seth R****** is a person of questionable integrity. He was supposed to reach out to the financial people and notify them of my cancelation. That request was made on the 14th of August. As of this morning, August 21 he has not done so. Caution to others
