My trash pick-up day is Monday, so trash cans are placed by the road on Sunday night. Three (3) weeks in a row, our trash has not been picked-up on Monday. Three (3) weeks in a row, I have to call customer service and ask when my trash will be picked-up. Three (3) weeks in a row I have been given ** excuses or no excuse at all. This is not the first time that trash was not picked-up on the scheduled day. Rumpke has VERY dishonest employees/supervisors. When I called today, 10/31/2023, asking when will my trash be picked-up, the customer service rep told me that our account was flagged because our trash was not out on Monday, 10/30. I am not sure why Rumpke employees think that lying is acceptable ESPECIALLY when most people have cameras/ring doorbells that record movement. I told the CSR that we have a ring doorbell & it recorded the trash cans being placed up by the road on Sunday, 10/29, around 9:30pm. She told me that she will contact a supervisor, and someone should call me back within 24 hrs. I told the CSR that we should get a credit for three (3) weeks of this mess, and she told me that the supervisor approved a $6 something credit for two (2) weeks. What a joke! Last week when I called about the trash, I was told that a supervisor would call me and never did, yet they/Rumpke say someone called. A supervisor did call me on 10/31 and said that a road supervisor drove past our house on Monday, 10/30, and our trash was not out. Again, this has been previously alleged when Rumpke failed to pick-up our trash in the past. I again, informed the supervisor that we have a ring doorbell, and it recorded the trash cans being rolled up to the road on Sunday night. I told him that he is more than welcome to review the camera because someone should get fired for lying! No response other than him saying "someone might be out today to pick-up the trash & a fulltime person has been hired for our route". Business will give a quote for a price when you call to cancel to keep you. Refuse to give a credit for the difference in price because they claim the bill was already sent for the next quarter even though they will send a bill 10 days later adding the services added during price match. When the next bill comes it is not what is quoted and they will say whoever gave the quote shouldn’t have done that and refuse to honor it even when you have it in writing and again refuse to give a credit for the price difference. Customer service is rude and gets an attitude when you try to explain anything.Rumpke Waste & Recycling

Their AR Department is horrible. We sent a check to pay our bill over a week ago and they are stating that they still have not received it. All other companies we paid got the money and the bank confirmed that they received it.Rumpke Waste & Recycling

Rumple has very ****** customer service I called 3weeks ago to have my damaged van replaced and it still sets in front of my house and was supposed to pick it up 2 weeks agoRumpke Waste & Recycling

For 7 of the last 8-9 weeks, Rumpke has not picked up our recycling. They picked up our trash but not our recycling. We forgave them and asked for a credit. A 5-6 dollar credit for a 130 dollar bill was all we got. They continue to do this and we can't get our recycling picked up. No one is taking any accountability for any of their actions.Rumpke Waste & Recycling

Absolutely the worst trash service ever. Not only have they thrown trash cans away completely but they spill trash and dont clean it up, leave cans in the road etc. no regard to property whatsoever. Never know what time they are coming, just ridiculous serviceRumpke Waste & Recycling

Our Trash pick up is every Thursday around 6:30-7:00am. I put my trash cans in the same spot every Wednesday night or Thursday morning. As I went about my day to do errands, I came back home and seen the curb was cracked with the trashcan right in front of it. So I reached out to them 1 before they opened that day but then again the next day. They took forever to give us a responce and got a letter in the mail saying they denied our claim because we had no evidence. They never asked for any. Mind you... this was a while ago. Nobody could have called us to explain our story to the correct team yet they just make a determination to get out of paying for my stuff to be fixed? They Said I could have rolled over it. Smh so yall couldn't have damaged it? Be for real. So now I'm going up to the next step.Rumpke Waste & Recycling

My trash was not picked up on Monday. I called and they said it would be picked up within 48 hours, which would be Wednesday. It was still not picked up on Thursday morning. I called once again, and they said it would be picked up today. They still haven't picked it up. They drive by my trash can 3 times. I don't have room in my trash can to wait another 3-4 for them to pick it up. This isn't the first time this has happened. My trash can never moves. It stays in the same spot all week. There is no excuse for them to not pick it up.Rumpke Waste & Recycling

It doesn't happen to me rarely. It happens at least once a month. 3 phone calls and 4 days later they finally picked it up. They drive by the trash can at least 3 times, so it's deliberately left.K. C.

Once again they didn't pick up today. For it "rarely" happening, it's happened to me twice in two weeks.
