Kroger states that those getting two vaccines in one day at the Little Clinic are due $20 off of groceries during that visit. No exception, qualifications are stated in the offer on the sign at te Little Clinic, nor are they mentioned in the Kroger app.
I got two vaccines in a visit to the Canal WInchester Kroger, 6095 Gender Rd on 4 Oct 2024. After receiving the vaccines, I asked about the $20 offer and was told by the clinic employee that the offer was not available for those on Medicare (which I have) or Medicaid. I DM'd the Kroger headquarters and after providing all the information they requested, I was told the same, that the offer does not apply to me because of my insurance.
The offer at the clinic and on the app is false advertising. The $20 worth of groceries does not apply to those on a fixed income or those with a low income.

Kroger does not care about disabled people. Handicap carts never charged. Management could careless just profit over people. To many products in aisle to maneuver around.

I have used the Kroger delivery several times. Today was the last day I’ll use it. They smashed all our bread, buns, busted eggs, dented can goods. They overloaded the bags. So when I picked it up, bag broke and stuff went flying. They had onions, 5lb bag of potatoes on top of the bread and buns. I called Kroger, the rep tried to just give me a $17.00 refund. I said nope. Let me add this up for you. It ended up being $33.00 refund. I’m not done either, I’m calling the local warehouse where they picked my order and letting them know they need to retrain their associates on bagging groceries. We work hard for our money and food is too expensive.

I placed an online delivery order for Kroger on Monday for a Weds delivery. After all sales and discounts my total was a little over $257. I received my order on Weds and much to my surprise I saw that my total was now $333! I was on chat with an agent to complain who told me that sales end on Weds and the order total changes to the date of the delivery not the purchase date, and next time don't make an order for a Weds. No apology, just got treated like it should be obvious. I went over how "obvious" it should be and on the sales it says prices valid this date thru this date and on the checkout it tells you your order total may change, which as most people on online orders would figure to mean that the weights of certain items may be different for meat or fruit so your total may reflect that or out of stock items, etc. NOT OBVIOUS AT ALL.On a semi related note, I went through my total to see which sale prices had changed and how much and saw that I was charged $11 per can for 3 cans of Kroger brand pasta sauce! I was livid! I went back to chat and was told that was the correct price and there was no sale for that sauce (which there actually is a 3/$5 deal on it at this current moment) and all they could do is give me a $27 credit for my next Kroger order. No refunds. I don't know if I even want to use that $27 credit after my experience. This company is a class action suit waiting to happen and I reported them for price gouging during a natural disaster. My next step is to call and see what they have to say.

This is the third time or more I came to this Kroger more than 15 minutes early and they already have doors locked and refuse to let anyone in this was a older thin gray hair lady with glasses she's been with the company for a while I don't have the luxury of always coming in plenty of time to shop I work nights I know Kroger's like the back of my hand and usually know a lot of the employees that's been with the company at this store for a while if I do come at night and I'm able to get in I'm usually out of the store within just a few minutes or quicker than most people that are there I don't believe it's right to refuse people way before closing

My complaint is with Kroger delivery in *******. They make it too complicated to use the app and to get any discounts. I just got screwed out of more than $20 discounts I thought I had chosen. After 2 calls to customer service, they accused me if not clipping the coupons, which I did and ordered double because of the coupons. But the foreign girls wasnt easy to understand or them understand me. The best I got was a $15 credit toward another purchase, which Im going to do. Also learned its Krogers policy, that if you place an order on Monday and the soonest you can get them delivered is on Wednesday, then you lose the discounts. The new sale begans on Wednesday, which I know, but you should get what discounts there is fir the day you place the order. So its false advertising plus you better document everything you do when placing an order. But never again for me.

I have been a Krogers customer for about 13 years now. Only recently have I relocated to regions where I can shop at Krogers. I *almost* always find it to be a superior experience. Today in the ******* "City Market" was anything but. I would characterize the store as DISGUSTING, DINGY, DEPRESSED. I know they recently had a problem with their frozen storage - that did not impact me as I ATTEMPTED to shop the store. (I learned this from the manager.) I was interested primarily in FRESH produce, chicken, yogurt and perhaps more if I was not so turned off as I walked the store. The produce section was DISMAL - virtually NO organic and what organic was there was BAD. The non-organic lettuce was also wilted. This is NOT typical of any other Kroger store I have been to. I'm a traveler and wherever there is a Smiths or Fred Meyers, I preferentially shop there. ALL Krogers (except this one) are generally fine (or better.) This store, put simply is the WORST kroger's I've EVER been to. If I were the CEO of Kroger, I'd shut it down, fire the management, install a new team and do a MAJOR renovation. The chicken pricing was NOT competitive. ****** Foods - a SMALL store in Saratoga was 35% less for natural, skin on thighs. ******** Yogurt - a STAPLE at most Krogers was NON-EXISTENT. Ham steak? Forgetaboutit!! Bottom line, I WASTED an 80 mile round trip drive to go to this City Market and BOUGHT NOTHING. I returned to Saratoga and shopped at ****** Foods. While I remain, I will shop there OR at ******* I would WELCOME a decent store in ******* I've visited ******* many times over the past 8 years or so, while this store was never spectacular, it was NOT nearly as poorly stocked, priced and DISGUSTING as now Please fix it or CLOSE it as it is only degrading Krogers fine reputation. Again, I wish I had NOT wasted an 80 mile round trip (about 5 gallons of diesel fuel) made PRIMARILY to grocery shop. Too bad there really aren't ANY grocery stores in ******* at this time

Frys hires morons. My pcp called in ******** which is a new covid med. The first pharmacy tech I talked to said they were working on it and it would be $45. Then the medicine fell off the website. I called again and was told my pcp cancelled the prescription and to call my pcp. I called the pcp and the office never cancelled the prescription. I called back Frys pharmacy and was told they didn’t carry the medication I need and they can’t get it. Why wasn’t I told in the first place? Morons!!!!!!!!

This Kroger Store located at Tanglewood Mall, location in Roanoke, VA. Had a Boost Customer Appreciation Week. I do not need a Boost Customer membership. I have stopped at the Kroger Stores for more than 30 years. And just recently they have started all this digital this and than, a waste of time, and confusion and frustration at the check out registers. I have been discriminated against, I am not one of the members. Kroger customers should pay the same amount of the items. Sept. 28 - Oct. 1 Ad. Their prices hardly ever ring up correctly. ******* and **** **** prices are always correct.
