      Kroger will not accept a return of Starbucks gift cards purchased for $200 instead of $50 due to misleading packaging. Very disappointing!!

      These people are completely dishonest!!! They have this program where you can earn Kroger cash back. On the app this is no where to be found. The only way to access this is buy going to kroger.com. I kept wandering where my cash back was so I started googling and that's when I found out you can only access this by going to kroger.com. when I got there I only had $4.50 which I knew was wrong. So I ******* again does Kroger cash back expire and the answer was yes. But this is nowhere to be found either. So I think they should have this accessable through the app because you have to install the app to use the coupons and cash back offers. So it makes perfect sense for the cash back balance to be on the app and a notification letting you know that it expires after so long. That is completely wrong and I think something should be done about this. They gonna find some way to rip you off no matter what!!!! I demand answers to this????

      Kroger is quickly becoming the worst grocery chain in Memphis. They recently decided to put all of their grocery carts outside of the store. Rain, sleet or snow they are outside and now they have shopping carts that lock as you walk out the door. If I hit my leg on one more of these carts someone will be hearing from my lawyer. Please get some better managers to help these people out and don't make their theft problem my issue. I pay for my stuff. This Kroger is at Trinity in Cordova but they are all doing the same thing.

      There advertising is on the verge of fraudulent. Every time I have visited this store in the the last year plus we have had to wait in line to correct a over charge. Candy in the same bin priced differently, items on sale out so they fill with items not on sale. Yesterday we have a digital coupon for limit three hams on sale, located them in the store the sign above hams in Large print show's sale price. As we checked out one ham comes up at sale price the second ring up at full price. I'm sure this is happening quite a bit because when we ask at the check stand the checker conveniently had a sale ad there showed us on the add it says one per customer. Went to customer service waited in line again. Tried to explain customer service rep there stated you should learn to read add. Kroger does not print adds for distribution anymore. We wanted butt ham not shank, but shank ham was the item charged at sale price. Said we would have to wait til they contacted meat department. to make a decision,see if they could change hams. . Very rude woman says she can't make a decision on that. We took the shank ham. Everytime there is a problem on pricing, it's my belief they purposely try to bait and switch most people do not check there receipts. more profits for the corporation.

      Was at a gas pump December 2022 and took money out of my saving to cover my gas So I pumped 4.31 and fogot I wanted to a fuel additive that I had brought with me so the had to restart the pump when I put the card my bank card it said insufficient funds I had enough and more to pay for my gas so I looked on my phone they had held 150.50 so that left me with 4.28 Went to the window she said I would have to go talk to customer service . They were like they randomly do that I said well that is my bank card and I want my money back I need to get gas now I have 4.28 she said it will be 24 hours . It was about 5 hours later but put me in a bind and bad bad business…Lost mine at the PUMP If your going to conduct business that way then need to post that might happen??

      I placed an order with Mariano's/Kroger in October 2022. They made a mistake and owed me a refund. I talked to Customer for two months. They agreed to the refund and said they would put back on my card. But it has yet to be refunded. All I get is Customer Service passing the buck to different people and departments. Now they want me to contact my card company because now they claim it's on them. Two months with no resolution. This not how you do business and treat your customers. I have shopped with other companies and mistakes happen. Other companies resolution the matter in 5 to 7 business days no problem. Why can't Kroger? Why does issuing a refund to my purchase card seem beyond their capabilities?

      Verbally abusive manager and assistant manager at Kroger in Woodstock, GA off of HWY 92.
      Was returning food that was purchased earlier in the day that was expired. Food was purchased with health insurance card. I was told to return to the Kroger location I purchased it at. I asked why would I do that if I am already here. She told me I would only get money on a store card. I hate shopping at Krusty Kroger. After everything was scanned, I through my CC into the machine to get the money back on that. The manager said "thats a great way to scam your health insurance company." I replied, you cant put the money on my HSC, and I do not like your store. He told me that he wants me out of his store and to not ever come back. He told me he stands by his employee and she is always right.
      Well, at least I got my money and can use it at a clean store with better customer service.

      I did a Kroger delivery order that was $54 and was charged a whole other $152 for stuff I didn’t order nor did I receive! And when I contacted Kroger the store said they couldn’t help me so I had to contact someone else who told me I would get a refund in 7-10 days. On day 10 I was told it was approved and would take another 7-10 days to see the refund. No one can tell me what happened either.

      I got scammed by either Kroger / Smiths by using instacart for their store and was charged over $100 for a $30 order. It has been a huge mess and the worst part is they will not
      give me my refund!! I call their horrible customer service number and i finally get a hold of a real person and they tell me that yes, my refund has been approved, but they never actually send the refund!! What a horrible dishonest company! it’s been almost a month and still no refund. I will never shop at any Kroger location ever again and may pursue legal action to get my $ back. This was at the Smiths in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

      ******** one day one card i was using got hacked into and 1,000 *** stolen
      ******** just flat out stolen 450 USD by them
      **** gift card 198 USD stolen because the card refuses to activate changed my pin number registered where i lived still was not enough for the card to activate
      not looking to get refunded because persons rather make excuses then to do the right thing
      i wonder if the kroger CEO is aware of this out of control problem?
      why would the kroger CEO support these 3 ponzi schemes?
      and kroger only way this complaint coming down is when your support of these 3 other *supposed* companies stops in this case when you stop selling there cards
