The pharmacy at this location is TERRIBLE! I have to complain every month. Today, I was turned away at 2 mins until 1 for their lunch break..all while the employee was smiling and being smart with me. They close the drive thru almost every day, but yet when you go inside there are enough people staffing for it to be open. I will be moving pharmacies but would LOVE for this place to be investigated. A few employees need to be fired!

I have been shopping at Kroger for years mostly because they have a monopoly in my area. Service is getting worse. Many things ads aren't in the store and still aren't when the sale is over. Meat and produce is not fresh

A simple pack of beef weiners usually ran about $3.50 (for years) and now Fred Meyer blames inflation for claiming regular price of $6.48/sale price $4.48 or order with app $3.48. Go throughout store to find that EVERY PRICE has been raised. DO NOT tell me it's inflation. Your competitor does not have the same price or near to that on so many of the same items. Fred Meyer wishes to sign customers up for their new membership program $59 yearly/$99 if you want delivery within 2-hours. PLEASE! Why would we remain customers of a store that is clearly price gouging? I use that one item as an example, but you can shop and compare. Fred Meyer/Kroger has lost my trust, what little there was, and my business.

I pay for the Booster membership and it is a joke.
Since March only about 1 order a month is correct or deliver on time. I have had items added to my order and charged for them. Last time I didn't even get the items that were added. I called and they now have to do an investigation and I'm out $35. They will not refund my Boost membership even through I have filed complaints before and not satisfied. Use other choices in the **** ***** area.

Online delivery order through Kroger website. Scheduled delivery for 6-7am, at 5:56am a text was sent saying our delivery would be delayed 3-4 hours. REARRANGED our schedules so that someone could be at home until 10am and then no one shows. We have jobs, places to be. 10:44am they drop of our Kroger order, $160 worth of cold, frozen and milk products left on the porch for an hour until someone could get home. No call, text or notification stating they were still coming or on the way. Called the 800 number, on hold for 39 minutes. They did not want to come get their warm groceries or refund me. After all this time on the phone, Randy, the customer service man, tells me they are supposed to refund me 7-10 business days. We will see how this plays out. I am SO upset I had to FIGHT for that kind of refund when it was not my mistake or mess up. Completely not how a business should be run. I don’t believe it was Randy, I believe it was all the departments not wanting to clean up their mistake as he kept getting sent to another department and putting me on hold. Completely baffled.

Kroger on Smithville changed their hours and now opens at 7 am. I was there this morning along with several others at 7 am and workers kept walking past the door looking at us and didn't open. Finally a bagger showed up for work and got the doors opened up for us. Terrible customer service lately, I've been shopping at this store for over 30 years. They never open lines in the morning. I have to practically beg for a line to be opened when I have a cart full and it's just too much for self checkout.

Ordered kosher salt online. Deal was for 6 packs and I ordered 2. They sent 2 containers instead of 12. They have refused to do anything to honor what was sold, telling me instead to reorder at a higher price. Clearly a case of bait and switch. Will never order online again!

SHOPPING WHILE BLACK 8/7/2022 will forever be seared in my mind as microaggression really does exist and RACISM and RACIAL profiling is alive and very ugly. I, a Black woman wearing a hoody sweatshirt [after a workout at a nearby gym, not that it matters] experienced my 1st open, blatant encounter with racism as I shopped for a deli chicken at Krogers store on the corner of ******* and **********. It's ironic because I frequently shop at this location. ******, who later identified himself as the store manager, microassaulted me by following me from the front door through the bakery over to the deli. When I realized that his bright yellow shirt moved whenever I moved, I asked "Are you following me?" He looked at the chicken in my hand and said, "Are you going to pay for that?" I was devastated, embarrassed, traumatized and confused since we were standing in the deli area. The store was very crowded and he selected me to harass. I felt insulted and verbally expressed how he marginalized me by following me. After this initial uncomfortable encounter, I followed ****** to his open register which had no waitings and asked him to check me out so I could go feed my family. ****** said, "No I'm not checking you out because you're rude!" I asked several employees for corporate's phone number but no one assisted. I asked employees to help me identify the manager but was told, " I can't give you his name . He has to give you his own name." I asked for the next in the chain of command and the name ***** was given, but "he's not here today." Finally, I called tthe police for assistance as this environment had become very hostile and very volatile as other whitecustomers and staff began yelling at me too.Did ****** want me to just walk out with an unpaid chicken? He escalated this situation far beyond reason and ************** am well able to pay for many chickens... as my name states thats the car I drive on weekends. Thanks for PTSD, ******.
