      Signed up for their delivery yesterday and placed an order for $46.31. When I checked my bank account, I was charged $75.19. I called customer service and was told that the discrepancy was due to me ordering on a Tuesday and getting delivery on Wednesday. I was advised to never place an order on Tuesday, because the prices go at midnight. None of this made any sense to me as I placed the order that afternoon. I was told that they couldn't refund the difference but could receive a store credit. I asked if I could cancel the membership and get a refund for their $39 membership fee. They said that they could do that. So, I said that since I'm cancelling my membership, I should get a refund for the difference in prices. What good is a credit if I'm not a member. When I checked my emails, there was only an email stating that my auto renewal had been cancelled. No credits, no refunds.

      Refuses to refund me for a $5 pickup fee! I NEVER authorized my card to be charged for this. I only used my EBT card because yes I’m poor, but this multimillion dollar corporation is scamming low income Americans!!! My order was over $35 for a FREE pickup fee but because they were out of stock, my order total went down & they charged my the $5 pickup fee. Kroger is greedy!!!! They do not care about you.

      I was ultimately banned from the Kroger store on Moores Mill Road in Huntsville, AL after having been a customer since 1998 over calling to complain about an employee telling me "**** You" while I was getting my online pick-up order. The order was an 1.5 hours late and I had to rearrange my entire evening, which included loading my car with music gear to which the late order made me late to. The employee was rude and after saying what she said, I got out of the car to get her name and tried to read her name badge, which she covered up. When I called, the Assistant Manager on duty told me not to use the pick-up any longer, then as he got more angry, he then banned me from the store completely and said "You don't know who I am." It is my belief he is this girl's father or has some other close relationship to her. So, he got more angry when I told him that I believed the employee was the same one that I've seen on the clock avoiding work multiple times. In my opinion, that is what set him off and he asked me to contact corporate, which I did. I tried speaking to the store manager, but he stood by the decision of this Assistant Manager over the employee's "Safety" even though the decision was made without ever having spoken to the employee and without hearing my rebuttal. The Nashville Division President replied today by email and said "We have investigated the incident and addressed the associate accordingly." and stated that the decision to ban me still stands. It is sad to know that a company would take the position of banning a 26-year customer and only confirm they have "addressed" an employee for what should be a firing offense and a sincere written apology to me. I did get out of my car to deman the girl's name and when she hurried away, I tried to read her name badge. But, at no time should she have ever felt threatened over her safetly. This decision by Kroger management is an example of poor leadership to the core. Do better!

      Kroger offered their Boost membership including ******+/****/****+. They sent me an activarion link that didn't work. I spent 3 hours on the phone between Kroger and ****+ and they both say the other party has the problem and I have to call other party. Meanwhile neither will help resolve and Kroger had my money so they are on the hook to provide the service that I purchased. I simply want the services that I paid for.

      The worst customer service experience at 17250 Saticoy St, Van Nuys, CA 91406 location. The cashier yelled at me, and cursed me out. I was trying to do an exchange for a product and he was attempting to give me a wrong quantity of the product. The manager on site did not do anything. Still trying to wrap my head around this experience as I have never dealt with such a disgusting customer service. I will file a complaint with the corporate-but based on their abysmal ratings I doubt anything will be done.

      Call Southaven Goodman Rd store bc of a notice that cucumbers were on recall bc of simanelli. After being disconnected twice finally got some rude female who said if my cucumbers had been recalled the notice would have been on the bottom of my receipt --- seriously? She went further to say there would have been a sign up. Why would Kroger put product out that had been recalled? Customer service definitely needs improvement.

      I called for customer service... 1 for Spanglish 2 for Spanish... I called twice... they could not understand me, nor I them... I asked if I could be transferred to the USA, No.. and disconnected. I had signed up for the $99 trial for Boost... Nov 22 I tried to change to $59 plan. I could not get it done on line....

      Online order placed to be delivered to a family member that insta cart barely fills claiming out of stock. After being notified AFTER CHECKOUT, I immediately call store find out that the products in question were actually in stock and somehow a tip was given to this person in an amount well over the amount of 0 as I tip drivers in cash. So another 9 dollars added to their delivery fee for their third party contractor not doing their job. Reorder the in stock items but for pickup after talking with customer service I was given a credit or was told there would be. I received a call from store saying they were overwhelmed with orders and cannot complete the lease than ten items order that evening, though only 5 in the night at the time and open 5 more hours. But stayed it would be ready at 8 am. Called at 8 am next day called as instructed wasn't ready, called at noon wasn't ready then at 5 pm calling finally the order was ready. Pick up order half again. Of the order was not there. Go back into store and find the items. I called customer service again go through the event to be told again that would have a. Credit 5.00 credit was given, although still charged the 9.95 delivery from the day prior and other 4.95 for fulfilling the order yet was not in the time promised by the store, nor was the second or third approx of time honored plus still having to go back again to same store for the same items claimed to be out of stock and get them myself. 2 days charged over ***** plus tax on for services not done as claimed to be honored in terms and conditions. Lack of care or pride in service let alone unexcusable disregard to honoring terms promised to consumers. This family will not be returning as a patron to such deplorable and unprofessional conduct from the establishment and employees

      Total violation of my rights. Couldn’t find 22801 Harper Ave location, so this will have to do. Meghan L****** is a power hungry sociopath. She lied about me to a supervisor and said I threw a business card in another employee’s face. I seriously am so disturbed by this I don’t feel comfortable with the pharmacy having my information so easily accessible. She denied all services to me and ordered all the other staff not to help me ever again. All I did for her to make her even announce this in the first place was turn away from her because of how disgustingly rude she was being to me every step of the way. This is not the first time I have had difficulties with this particular pharmacist. Except yesterday she took it too far and lied to a supervisor about something I didn’t even do RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. She whispered this loudly to the supervisor and gave a nasty glare as if she knew I didn’t stand a chance at convincing any other staff or supervisors. That just isn’t okay! If audio and footage are available I do gladly welcome it. It’s funny how they dont put the effort into looking up but they put so much effort into making a fool/embarrassing their customer in front of other customers! No respect for anyone around them what so ever. I can’t believe I handled it as calmly as I did considering how badly all this went down. God forbid a similar incident doesn’t happen when they finally come across the wrong one. You can’t just be throwing around lies and not expect people to feel disrespected and take advantage of. There are so many factors here that seriously need to be addressed. This kind of behavior from employees can’t continue. I have learned my lesson though. START RECORDING. These days your word just isn’t enough. Oh except hers was taken into consideration the second she would say anything. Anything I said I would go into extreme detail unless some idiot was talking over me. The whole thing reeks of fish. My next move is to call customer service but cmon :(

      I felt I was discriminated against because I am Muslims . The customer service lady refused to service me and attended to the customer standing behind me . She told me to wait while she was talking and taking care other customer . She was talking to me very rudely and when I complained to Manager/ supervisor. He totally ignored my complaint. It is always an unpleasant shopping experience when I shop everyone in the store is so mean and disrespectful to me. I hate spending my time and money in the store. That and supervisor should be held accountable. I will definitely file the complaint to **** too and Kroger main office.
