1 starKroger stocks their shelves with ***** ***** pork breakfast sausage that has been thawed and refrozen rendering unable to freeze from their shelf to my freezer! I've bought this brand many times from Kroger with the same results. It will Not freeze!! Kroger also will stock their Freezers with frozen fries that have been thawed out and refrozen! ****** fries, shredded hash browns are refrozen into a solid Ball! This very troubling because it takes from the quality and the sustainability of their products being good and safe for us the consumers!! All buyers beware and file a complaint!Review fromTeresa S

1 starBeware! Pork is often bad. We have had to return pork shoulders several times because they were sold to us bad. I’m not sure who their supplier is, but an investigation should be done. People can get very sick. This has happened in Flower Mound, Denton, and Bartonville area. It’s very inconvenient to make a trip to return and feel we should be compensated for our driving time and gas. Apparently the stores take no measures to fix the issue of selling bad pork, because it continues to happen. We are done shopping here!Review fromHaley L.

1 starhave been going to this Kroger daily for years now. After today, I will never be back. The employee, Ashley with red hair & glasses at the store on 1350 North High St was extremely disrespectful. I have never left a review for anywhere in my LIFE but my experience today was truly insane. After working a long 10 hour shift that my boyfriend picked me up from i wanted a bottle of wine and also had to pick up cat food for my cats. So we go to Kroger since it is only 2 minutes from our house. After scanning my stuff, waiting for ID check, Ashley comes over and asks for my ID, no problem. Then she asks for my boyfriends ID when he’s not even purchasing anything?? He did not have it on him. She said she was unable to sell to us because it’s a new policy where both IDs are needed. This has never happened before but we just decide we will go get his ID since we live right around the block.. I told her we would be back in just a few minutes to grab his ID. This whole interaction she was extremely rude. We come back with his ID in hand, come to get our stuff & rescan it if needed. I asked her if we needed to rescan our things & she said yes. I said ok, where did the things go that we bagged up? She said oh they already put it all back, then just continued talking with her coworkers laughing. Really in less then 3 minutes?? Which no, no one put our things back because I purchased my usual coffee creamer the first time, which it was the last one.. when we go back to grab everything again the coffee creamer is completely gone. So we finally get all of our things again, decided to go to a different self check out and guess what!!!! The person who came to scan our ID only asked FOR ONE OF OURS. You guys can not ID someone who is not purchasing alcohol. If a mom comes in with her kids and purchases beer are you gonna ID her kids? And how is one employee gonna ask for both but not the other?Review fromKarin P

1 starKroger runs a mean-spirited business. I had problems with the Ralphs Store at 670 Western Boulevard ** *** ********* ************ ** Los Angeles. This is the THIRD TIME an evil Security Guard named Luis man-handled me. I AM A 67 YEAR-OLD SENIOR, A FEMALE. This idiot SECURITY GUARD of about 30 years old threw me on the ground and began to paw me when I asked the cashier if I could get cash for a purchase for more than five dollars. I said I was going to buy something and tried to purchase a pack of gum. THIS IDIOT -- WHO MAN -HANDLED ME at another Ralphs Store in Los Angeles continued to harass me, now threatening physical harm against me, and attempting a tortious assault and battery. I was reduced to crawling on the floor to get out of that hateful place called RALPHS! WHO NEEDS THIS? I AM SUING RALPHS (and KROGER) for 1) elder Abuse, 2) abuse of color of authority by SECURITY GUARDS, 3) tortious battery 4) assault, and 5) intentional infliction of emotional distress! AND -- RALPH'S IS NOT THE LOW-PRICE LEADER! I MEAN EVERYONE IN L.A. KNOWS THAT YOU SAVE MORE MONEY SHOPPING AT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY PLACES LIKE SMART AND FINAL OR SUPERIOR MARKET. RALPHS ALREADY HAS A CIVIL RIGHTS SUIT FILED AGAINST THEM BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. I PLAN TO FILE A SECOND ONE ON BEHALF OF ALL THE SENIORS WHO HAVE BEEN MISTREATED AND ABUSED BY SECURITY AT RALPHS!! BOTTOM LINE; RALPHS--YOU LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER.Review fromTheresa B.

1 starThis is a complaint for ****** *store manager). The time of the incident was today 11/9/24 @8:14 am.Yesterday 11/8/24 @7:25am I purchased 2 packs of ribs that were marked down but when I got home to prep them, they reeked and was obviously spoiled even though the expiration date was for 3 days from now,I came in to resolve this issue. I knew a refund was due but I inquired to the customer service clerk Arianna * super courteous) if I could exchange the ribs for a better quality pack even if the price is different. She said I need to ask my manager *******) who was literally 6ft away.He rudely responded "yes I could I just needed to pay the difference". Then he turned his back and proceeded to ignore the entire transaction. So I inquired further "your store sold me spoiled meat don't you think you should look into this?". He stated "How do I know you didn't have it and it was already like that?" I stated "I have the receipt right here it was bought yesterday" He responded" I am not going to argue with you" and proceeded to ignore the situation. Not once did he come over to where we were to look at the product or ********** this store sold me rancid meat that could have gotten my family sick if I didn't know better. It shows a lack of quality control, customer care, and resolve. Through out the entire interaction ****** was moving around catering to other things. He made no eye contact, he mumbled words under his breath, he was rude, unconcerning, and simply did not care to satisfy this matter.I urge corporate to watch the video of this exchange and see how a person hired to run your store handles a simple matter of someone being sold spoiled meat and asking to come to a satisfactory resolvement is treated as if I purposely brought in my own spoiled meat to exchange for a better quality meat because that's what he insinuated.I will not return to this store nor recommend itReview fromTina B.

1 starI felt I was discriminated against because I didn't have enough funds to pay for groceries. The cashier refused to take off unwanted items and the workers were gossiping about how I'm short in funds when I come into the store. The cashier worker has no mercy on me when I suspended my order went home to check card. After I figured out my funds on card I called it wasn't that long of a time . She told me I had to come in and shop again. It is always an unpleasant shopping experience when I shop everyone in the store is so mean and disrespectful to me. I hate spending my time and money in the store. I feel that I should be compensated something for the bad experiences I hadReview fromAngela

1 starI visited Smiths Grocery Store ( The Friendly Grocery Store) located in Las Vegas 8180 Las Vegas Blvd yesterday I have only been grocery shopping 3 times in my entire life; my husband recently past and he did all the shopping. I noticed a sign above a huge round pack of ground beef meat that said $4.00 I thought what a deal and grabbed 2 of them. I finished my shopping and went to the car where my son was waiting. I remembered that I forgot freezer bags and asked my son if he wanted a pack of ground beef and he did. as I was ringing up the two items I noticed that the ground beef said $20 and not four dollars I was in self checkout and asked for assistance. I thought my discount card didn’t scan properly on my telephone. The lady explained that it was $4.00 a pound not $4.00 for the roll of meat. I checked and she was right and I was wrong. I apologized for my confusion. As I was ringing up the freezer bags, I heard the coworkers laughing and mocking me Right in the open for any customers to hear. I was so embarrassed. I dropped my head in shame, but they didn’t see me, but they were laughing and talking about me, saying what was wrong with me. How stupid I was I dropped my head down in shame, and fought the tears I am almost 60 years old and an African-American female. I thought they had been laughing at me if I was any other race I wondered is this what they did on a daily basis just laughing at customers who make a mistake out in the open supposed to be a friendly grocery store the friendliness customer service or compassion for someone that read the sign wrong! I hope that corporate takes this matter seriously without customers the store would be out of business. I did call the manager of the store and corporate once I stopped crying last night. How Humiliating and degrading!Review fromElisabeth F

1 starScheduled a pick up order for 5-6 PM, let them know I was coming ahead of time, and arrived at 5:05 PM. Waited THIRTY minutes for my order (it would have been faster to just shop in person). On top of that, the website basically told me the incorrect total (applied an apparently not eligible coupon on my order at pickup) and I had to pay 20$ more than expected!Review fromRamona B

1 starHorrible, vile, despicable company! Hateful, RUDE, and even violent employees!!! Uncaring and extremely unprofessional "management"!!! At one store, I had been waiting in line to check out for about 10 minutes. The girl cashier looked DIRECTLY AT ME and asked the man in front of me she was checking out, to place her CLOSED sign behind him. I left my FULL CART of groceries and walked out. Another store, the cashier literally THREW my change at me!!! It went all over the counter and I had to pick it all up, because SHE was having a psycho fit from an employee whispering something to her!!! So the ***** takes it out on ME!!! Another store, I'm going down and aisle, and some little kid is climbing up the shelves to get to the top shelf. And the stores manager and asst manager (they had name tags on) were standing at the end of the aisle laughing their ***** off, making a bet if the kid would slip off and crack his head open!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER SET FOOT IN ANY OF THEIR STORES! It is a vile, heinous, and ANTI-CUSTOMER company!!!
