Bait and switch. Shame on you Kroger. Bought large plastic Tupperware type bowls. 3 in a pack. There are two smaller sandwich size ones stacked into the larger type bowl to give the appearance that you are buying three large bowls. Definitely tricking the customer into thinking they are buying something they are not. It's sad there you have to trick customers trying to save leftovers into buying stuff they did not want. Truly sad. I have pictures for people who want to see. Beware and look closely when buying the Kroger brand Tupperware.

This is the absolute worse grocery stores I've ever seen yet. Most of the employees are down right rude, mean, loud mouth & treat customers with no curtousy or kindness at all. The self checkout employees are just evil looking & acting. They pick & choose the customers who they decide they will show a little smile or even help. I've seen some of the cashier's & management treat the elderly & disabled as if they are no more than the dirt they walk on everyday. I've made a few complaints about this particular Kroger but, unfortunately, absolutely no one has ever contacted me regarding my complaints. I will never be going back to this Kroger ever again. I refuse to give my business to a business that shows no appreciation of my business.

The Kroger Mastercard rewards gives the kroger customer free delivery for one year and saves the customer 55 cents a gallon on gasoline purchases. Obviouly someone without any established credit or insufficient credit cannot get these benefits. I figure that each ofmy deliveries have to cost Kroger at least 20 dollars figuring the shopper that gets my groceries and the costs of the driver, the refrigerated truck. gas, maintenance of the vehicle. Who pays for the service is the in store customer. They receive terrible customer service, scan and bag their own groceries and have to go back to store for a refund on bad produce etc. Poor inner city people pay the price while the more affluent get all the benefits- I wonder where are all the states attorney general are just letting the Kroger corporation getting away with this injustice?

Gave a 1 bc a 0 wasn’t possible. Took 5:30 hrs to get my prescription that was sent mid day the day before fille. Employees don’t care about people with disabilities or customers needing their meds., as their solution to being busy is to tell customers “you can come get it tomorrow” instead of time management. I went to the pharmacy at noon. Only one prescription was filled. I was rudely told (by tech with terrible tattooed eyebrows) that despite having a fill date of the 16th (the day I was there) that I needed to call in the morning for them to fill it and I could come back anytime after 4. I have never had to call in advance and was able to pick up a differed Rx that was submitted by the same Dr. at the same time. Then she told me “you can come get it tomorrow”. To which I replied “I mean I need it today”.I ubered back home and at 4:00 I took the second Uber ride to get that second script. At around 4:15 I was told it wasn’t ready and would take a few minutes. I told them I had a flight to catch in an hour. Their solution was to fill my Rx AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER. When I asked if they could just tell me if I should have it sent to another pharmacy I was screamed at by her little buddy. I missed my flight. It’s a controlled substance so I can’t just transfer.
I stood there for 1:15hr and watched as I was continued to be pushed back. I think they were trying to wait me out in spite. I was forced to reschedule my flight as if the loss of wages and paying for a second Uber wasn’t enough.

We ordered the groceries on Tuesday, but they would not process my credit card I talked to the people on the phone for 2 hrs, and they said to call back in 1 hr. When I did they told me to call back tomorrow because they were closed. know it cost me 35.00 dollars more because I did not get the coupon prices. horrible experience Now they say I can't get the prices because it is Wednesday. i have been hung up on 2 times and no HELP.

They some times complete the situation and this time they have given nothing but the run around. You have to do better with your customers.

I am senior citizen and write on behalf of many others in my position.
For the last about 2 years, you are using digital coupons. For many of us ,it is discriminatory, because not everyone, aspecially elderly, are able to use it.We are on limited income and paying more for the products or are not buying them.I do the later, because of effordability. And these digital coupons have not really any purpose, just to confuse the customers about prices.Having a card ,having these digital coupons, what is next? Bringing the birth certificate?
Please ,reconsider this practice, because it is an undercurrent age discrimination,

Manager refused to give me a refund because I didn’t have the mildewed blueberries and strawberries with me.
There is an advertising sign that guarantees fresh produce at one hundred percent. But not at 6350 North Eldridge, Houston, TX per Representative Paloma.
My refund would have been less than six dollars.

I paid for a Boost Membership for Delivery service because of my work schedule I thought it would be a great convenience to have my groceries delivered. However I have not had a Delivery sent out to me without a problem since I started the service. My orders are delivered with spoiled food, or produce , melted ice cream , missing items or they are late with deliveries or I don’t get my order at all because they canceled it at the last minute without notice. When trying to reach someone from customer support you have to wait for a very long time on the phone or if you chat with a tech they promise to fix it and never do. This is very disappointing as I have been a Kroger customer for years and have always found the Kroger brand and sales very good. I hate to have to look for another store that can deliver my groceries in a timely fashion and without having the food spoiled or missing. I as a Kroger customer I will not be renewing my Boost subscription . I think there are many issues to be resolved with this service before I even think about buying the service again. I hope that the company takes care of these issues before they lose a lot of customers…

Kroger in Lexington, KY is discriminating against areas perceived as being lower class. The difference in the quality of stores in traditionally upper-middle class or better areas and stores "on the wrong side of town" is profound. For example, the store on Bryan Station Rd. is always filthy, always has broken equipment, can't maintain stock, allows frozen products to thaw and refreeze, never has shopping carts, has substantially less selection and only lower quality products, is poorly laid out and cramped, and doesn't even have a sufficient sidewalk in front of the store so customers have to walk in the street. It's shockingly bad. Meanwhile, the other stores in town have none of these problems. The difference is so substantial that it's hard to believe they're the same grocery chain in the same city.
