We have not had this payroll company in 2 years. They continue to charge us for W2s that we never received nor had done. We’ve filed complaints directly and the company refuses to call us back or TD bank who has tried to block the debits. This company is unresponsive.
We need help from BBB please.
Thank youBusiness Response

Tried calling to get access to reprint w2s - they have no "live phone support" for previous employers - when asked for a direct contact to talk to someone to avoid a penalty (Payor says that we are not a "filing storage system for you") I tried providing my client id online and via phone to obtain some help and was laughed at and disrespected. Still no answer. sent a email to *********************** as requested which is insane - you need a live representative to talk to. I would not recommend, and I am extremely disappointed in their service.Business Response

In December I submitted a pay run that needed to be undone because the taxes didn't come out correctly. After trying 3 different chats I finally got someone to call me and assist in getting this corrected. When Paycor undid the withdrawal from the bank they sent me a confirmation email containing all of my company information including the bank name, full routing and account number. I tried to address this with a Manager explaining this is not something that should of been emailed and that anyone could of intercepted the email and got my account information, I was told she would look into it. I tried to follow up after the holidays and was told again she would look into, I tried several more times to follow up with no response.
It was at this point I decided to find another payroll company. I submitted a request for deactivation and originally put in a date of my last pay run of March 24th within a week I sent a new message advising I needed to change it to April 21st with no reply. I then sent a follow-up email asking for confirmation of my changes with no reply again. I called on March 20th to confirm they did in fact get my emails and was assured they had and all changes were made. Today I got an email stating my account was closed even though I still need to do 2 more pay runs. I need to submit a payroll this Friday the 31st (I can't submit it the following week) for payroll on April 7th. I have a case opened regarding this issue but based on my past experience have little hope of getting this resolved. I was already upset about the handling of my banking information but now am even more upset and this is causing me much anxiety. I gave plenty of notice of the new date.Business Response

I have been having W-2 AND 1099 issues with Paycor and have been trying to resolve them for a Three (3) month now. I terminated my services with Paycor at the end of Q3 2022. None of my employees have received their W-2s or 1099s. I have sent several emails to the deactivation email with no response. I then reached out on ******** to Bob S**** on 02/22/23 and he called me back (###-###-####) and he said he would look into it. Finally on 03/06/23 I received a notice from UPS that PaycorW2 is sending a package (******************) but they said the package was damaged and they returned to sender (******************) and was received by "Jesse" in Cincinnati, OH on 03/06/23 at 11:33 AM. I have called your number and told that I can talked to no one because I do not have a current account, my employees are told the same. There is no number to call, I am simply advised to send an email to deactivation support and have yet to receive a response or any help from them. I have been told by the IRS that last years reports have not been filed nor the taxes we paid to you have been paid by your company. Please call me ###-###-####

******* ****** ****** ******* has been trying to get a correction to the W-2c since February 8, 2023. They have messed up twice employee w-2s over $96. All they need to do is put the $96 in the correct employee county of residence--instead they can't seem to delete the $96 from all the counties represented by my employee residences. My personal w-2 is now 48 pages long because of their errors.
This isn't rocket science. We have told them the mistakes, all they have to do is fix it. Their platform is great, their customer service and ability to rectify problems is lacking. There are more problems than can be highlighted. My next step is the AGs officeBusiness Response

Paycor has lied to me multiple times in getting our W2s corrected. First, it is very difficult getting a reply from them when emailing ******************* Their automated phone system takes at least 15 minutes to get through, and the only answer I get is "They are really busy". IF and when they finally reply to an email, they say it will take 7-10 business days to complete the request. It has now been 65 days and I still have nothing from them other than wasted time, expense, and maddened employees who cannot get their taxes filed because of PAYCOR's failure to get the job done in a timely manner. Not to mention, we are in non-compliance with the IRS's tax deadlines. I notified PAYCOR of the W2 corrections before they filed our tax returns, but since they are so slow, we now have to incur additional expense for them to revise our tax returns.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below. The response from Paycor seems to be a standard automated reply, and we certainly have not received outstanding customer service.
The work was partially completed. But we are still awaiting a confirmation email that our tax adjustments for the IRS have been completed. I recently received an email from Paycor stating that the case will be closed, so I had to re-open it to inquire about the confirmation of our taxes being adjusted. Each time we communicate with Paycor through their Support email, we get a reply that it will take between 10-15 days. This is unacceptable.

I have used Paycor for my small firm for several years. I had signed up for their “essential” plan and the price was $85 per month. In April of 2022, unbeknownst to me, my account was moved to “complete bundle” with a price of close to $220 per month. According to paycor's website the complete bundle provides additional options, i.e. career development, seminars and other “fillers”, which I do not need and I have never used. The issue was overlooked until recently when I realized that I have been overcharged for several months. I tried to resolve the issue with customer service but it is useless. Paycor has introduced some sort of a chat, which I suspect is AI, but yet the company “sales” as attended by real people. Finally, I spoke to a person who kept telling me that there is nothing they can do, rather, I have to communicate through email. After some more questions, it became apparent that the person to whom I spoke, was not truthful to me and when she was confronted about this, she disconnected. I was sent an email “congratulating” me on a “new” rate for my “complete bundle” (the same I do not need and I never ordered) of $170 per month. Paycor appears to unilaterally change customer plans and the customer service is horrible.Business Response

I have been having W-2 issues with Paycor and have been trying to resolve them for a month now. I terminated my services with Paycor at the end of Q3 2022.
