1 starThe. Worst. Customer. Service. EVER. I do not think I have ever been so heated or rude to any vendor we have ever worked with than the company has pushed me to be. They are absolutely infuriating. Think lots of reverse delegation, next to no real-time support unless you count the chat feature that does not allow you to upload screen shots so you're left explaining things at length, calling in (once you find a phone number) is equally frustrating - I regret changing over from Paychex. We will absolutely be changing payroll & benefits admin providers ASAP.Review fromChris T

Beware this company. So many issues. Late responses. Like a week later. Do not honor there word. Took money and no explanation. Blamed everyone else. Its a circus. Just not worthbthe hassle. Pay more monetly to go to a professional lije **** Do not go here. Its not worth it.Paycor, Inc.

Horrible Customer support. Completely failed implementation. The system looks good from a sales view, but once you actually start working with their product, it is limited and difficult. They make you do everything yourself with no support. No one will call you back, email after email, they send conflicting information out. When you call, support tells you something can't be done, then I pushed and finally got the change I needed done, so they lied because it could be done, but they are lazy and did not want to figure out how to do it. They are not ready to support any customer, especially CA customers with specific time laws to follow.Paycor, Inc.

Paycor is horrible!!!!! Do not use them!!!! My experience mirrors the others listed. The sales team makes all sorts of promises about how great the product is and support is excellent. Both of these representations are *far* from the truth.
Their integration team did not deliver at all what was promised. I had to spend hours manually doing what they refused to do, despite that's what they promised and were paid to do.
Furthermore, they held up my third payroll without warning or proper notice. Early Fri am I submitted payroll for Tues paydate. Late Fri pm (well after normal business hours) I received an email telling me my payroll would be deleted if I didn't submit again! Had I been off on Monday, my employees would not have been paid without any notice from Paycor!
Horrible company. Signing up with them was a terrible decision that I fully regret.
And as you see from their canned response, they don't care. DO NOT USE PAYCOR!Paycor, Inc.

12 months ago we signed a contract with Paycor. We struggled from Nov 1st 2023 until Feb 2024. I had finally had enough they went through 3 project managers etc. They threatened all sorts of items would not let us out of our contract so in April we said ok we will move forward. In April they told us, everything would be great and we proceeded. Every deadline to start payroll was delayed. Hours were spent by my team. Our first payroll was July 1, it has been beyond challenging, the system was not setup right, support is contradictory, one person says one thing the other says something else. We haven't done the setup for Recruiter for lack of time. However we are still paying for it, and they say we cannot cancel. I chose to write this review now - over our current payroll. I have 2 highly paid managers on the phone with paycor for the last 3 hours. Our hourly employees were on the payroll but the managers are not on the payroll. We have 25 employees can you possibly imagine what would happen if we were a big company. Do not use Paycor, ********* R - ****Paycor, Inc.

If I could give Paycor no stars for customer support I would. We signed our contract June 30, 2023 to start 2024 off with their system. Two weeks into implementation our payroll specialist left. This was in October. I did not get a new specialist until the week before we went live. I had to figure out everything on my own, only to have the new specialist go in and change things and wreck havoc. Once everything "was up an running", if there was a glitch, I could not and still can not reach anybody - I only get case numbers. Currently having issues with open enrollment for the new year. I can't reach anybody. I have an Critical Response Consultant "working" on it. However, since initial contact there has been no communication and nothing has been done to fix their glitch. Leaving me to not be able to use the software for open enrollment. Mapping was done incorrectly for reports, and I'm still opening tickets to get certain reports mapped correctly. Paycor's Customer Service Motto " Take care of the customer first, when they win we win." I'm not winning - in fact I'm losing, Obviously they are as well.Paycor, Inc.

I am a new user and have regretted my decision since the start. If you use the chat and ask a question, they will either tell you to use the training online or, if it is difficult, just hang up on you. I also found out they charged me $899.00 for several integrations and I have had to do them all myself. There are no dedicated implementers to talk to or help. I think I had one for a week. My day usually consists of at least two hours lost trying to figure out taxes, benefit integrations, and payroll questions. To be charged for something they are supposed to do is unethical. Stay far away from them. Here is a sample of one of the emails I received today: We were recently made aware of a third option for our ********** Online clients to have their payroll journal entries input into the *** system. Our team has a training on this tomorrow afternoon. Would you like for me to reschedule today’s meeting until Monday when I can present you with the latest journal entry option? I give them a negative 5! It makes me give them at least 1.Paycor, Inc.

The time tracking app was horrible. Wouldn't let us log in/out half the time. Individual jobs couldn't be correctly identified on paystubs. Held out state taxes wrong. But what really upset me was they give you 60 days to access your information with them after you leave. My employees can't view any of their past paystubs. I can't view any tax information (which makes it a serious challenge trying to fix the tax error they did). I would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone.Paycor, Inc.

Multiple promises were made to get us to sign the contract for 2024. The PTO policy was incorrectly set up. We were promised our employee handbook would be reviewed to find out, after many emails, HR will only allow us to create a handbook, not review one previously created. Training is horrible with vast amounts of documentation to work through rather than personal training or demos. Support is hit or miss with getting someone after 14 call options to find a person with knowledge about how to handle the question. We needed a hand check for an employee rather than direct deposit. I wanted to print the check. "no problem". Then I get notice *** is sending the check by mail. They used an address from 10 years ago rather than the company address as shown in Paycor. The hand check was voided. Another was to be created. NEVER received either one. I finally hand wrote the check. I have no faith that the check will be recorded correctly. I received improper direction on how to set up expense checks for general ledger sync. Took multiple calls to find someone who really knew how to do it. Client ID #****** if someone with Paycor wants to see all the cases. Don't buy this product!!!!Paycor, Inc.

I have had issues this with service since I started this program earlier in the year. ********************* this service is now being handled 6 months later. My first request on how to make this happen was on July 24th to my sales *** after several comments on how this system is not very user friendly. I have been paying for services for several months and still being charged since my first inquiry into cancelation to my *** ********
