Awful support. Awful service. Awful company. Had the misfortune of our local payroll company being bought by Paycor and the transition was poorly handled. Not one person from Paycor worked with our company to train us on their system. Customer support is outsourced to a call center where the employees have no clue how to help you with any issues. Any call to support will take up hours of your time and the end result will be nothing. Their online support center never works either so that is not an adequate option to use.It is impossible to speak to someone that actually works for the company. I've had several support calls claim they will have a manager follow up on the issue yet that never occurs. Now my company is stuck in a weird limbo where we can not even cancel our account as the form is in their support center that does not work. Do not do business with Paycor.Paycor, Inc.

This company used to be the best but in the last couple of months they have become the worst due to their poor customer service. I have had difficulty processing my payrolls for the last 6 weeks due the system kicking me out before I can finish. I have spent countless hours with Paycor trying to get it resolved and you can’t speak to a manager; that takes 24-48 hours and they was when I couldn’t submit payroll. I am dealing with a secondary issues in which 15,500.00 should be credited to my account and after waiting over a week; the response is to run a report with a video on how to do it. What? It’s unacceptable service and if anyone is considering this business, rethink thatPaycor, Inc.

If I could give zero stars I would. As an employer I have never been more disappointed. Poorest customer service of any company I have ever worked with. They nickel and dime you every step of the way. Sales teams do not accurately depict the costs. They even neglected to pay Q1 taxes and I have been following up weekly to no avail for 6 weeks. I've lost hours of my time on the phone with them. Despite having case numbers customer service has no idea what you are wanting. Then, to speak to a manager get ready to wait 48 hours and they just say it's someone else in the company with whom they can only email. Stay away from this company at all costs.Paycor, Inc.

If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. Only gave one star because its required. WORST PAYROLL COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The customer service is non existent and they will draft your bank account until there is nothing left and then refuse to return your money for taxes. There is no fail safe for human error within their systems. They do not hold themselves accountable for incorrect tax reporting. They will not close your account after repeated emails and verbal means of communication to do so. This company is awful and should be shut down.Paycor, Inc.

My employer changed payrolls in 2024 and unfortunately switched to Paycor/Payactiv. It's been nothing but issues. Hours not updating, earned wages taking over 48 hours to appear, the list goes on.Today I noticed I have $ for earned wages to withdraw so I clicked on earned wages, and then it showed $0.I contacted them and was advised my Ondemand option was deactivated and they don't know why. They asked me if there's been a contract change with my employer. No, there hasn't. Now I get to wait 48 hours for someone to review on why this happened...What kind of company deactivates a feature and there's NO INFORMATION/NOTES on why this occurred for a representative to relay to the customer? It doesn't make sense which is why there's something shady with this company. I wish my employer never changed to Paycor, absolute worst!Paycor, Inc.

Worse payroll company imaginable! Wait time to speak with a rep is crazy long. The reps are not qualified to answer basic questions. It is impossible to speak with a real person who is in a supervisor position who may be able to assist. After being a customer for over 15 years, it went massively downhill about 3 years ago. I finally cancelled their services and they continued to fraudulently debit my business bank account for hundreds of dollars after I was no longer using their services. Run far away from this company. There are plenty of others who would love to have your business.Paycor, Inc.

Terrible and non-existent customer service. Sales staff lied about their system being able to integrate into Dealertrack. I had to manually post all my GJS. They are now trying to charge us for services after I cancelled their service. The sales shows you how great it works but its all a lie.Paycor, Inc.

Paycor has a 30-day cancellation policy and bills in arrears. The recent invoice you received was for the services provided in February, as your cancellation was effective on February 18th. Do not use their service for payroll processing, lack of communication and taxes knowledge are their big issues. They are holding the first quarter SUI refund to our 300 clients and they didn't update the correct SUI rate for year 2024 because they want to take more fund from us. They made mistakes on our clients State Tax filing, we informed them in August 2023, as of today, they didn't make correction and it impacts our clients completely. Their employees don't have payroll and taxes knowledge, call different people get different answers, bad customer service, no reply, no response, they don't take responsibility, very very bad, we are planning to leave them soon, again, not suggesting to use their service unless you want a nightmare. If I can give negative star rate, I will, they are not worth even one star.Paycor, Inc.

The most common method is through a letter from the unemployment department, while the less common method is for the client to upload the information. When you inquired about uploading all three hundred fifty clients, our agent asked if they were all under different tax ID numbers. This information helps us ensure accurate processing for each client.Moving forward, we recommend that you check with the unemployment office in ****** to see if they can electronically communicate all client IDs to us. They are unprofessional, we uploaded all 300 clients SUI notice to Paycor system in March, they took care half of them only, we contacted the CMS with no response and help. They uploaded the Q1 2024 tax reports in the system which using incorrect SUI rate, they don't listen the customers concern, it is very frustrating and irritating dealing with Paycor CMS, their tax team doesn't know how to correct the State return which Paycor made a huge mistake in year 2022, I don't see a reason why we will continue to use their service, this company has a big issue, don't use them.Review fromJohn T

1 starI was over charged 1500 for edi set up for a Ira, But Iras do not require edi set up. Regardless the service was never set up and when the deadline approached we switched payroll companies and our account was set up within days for $50. Our account was never created despite multiple attempts to reach out. I have called several times and given a reffrence number by s representative in a third world country. my dispute was suppose to be handled in 3-5 business days its been 4 months. in addition they continue to withdrawl funds from our not for profit bank account well after the 30 days required to cancle their services. they are scam artists and I want resolutionReview fromFederico G
