      This is company is terrible in term of problem solving. We had experienced couple issues with them. The most current one should be an easy one to fix. However, it took their delivery team over a month yet to fix it. I called their service team many times. Every time, their answer would be that they can't do anything but pass it to the case owner in delivery team. But the Case owner WILL NEVER respond. The case owner finally got back to me saying the problem solved. I reviewed it emailed him right back saying, the setting doesn't look right to me. He seemed fix one location but screw another location. He doesn't believe me. Today, we received our paycheck delivery. It is exactly what I was afraid of. Paycor's poor service caused a hung impact on our employee relationship. Employees got upset thinking the company doesn't want to pay them on time. Funny thing that we still has to pay Paycor for their delivery service. I've been in filed for over 18 year, this is the worse Payroll service I've ever had. I really don't recommend this company.

      They are the worst payroll company I have ever worked with. The implementation team was horrible, their employees kept quitting, and I had no other contact outside of my says person, who had no knowledge of anything, If I could chose zero stars I would. All I get are apologies but we still do not have a fully functioning system.

      This company is a HUGE SCAM!!! After speaking with and participating in a zoom demonstration with Jaco J******, we signed a contract, POA, and provided all banking information. Once we attempted to use the program, we ran into issues. After several attempts over the course of a few days, we were finally able to get through to someone in the sales department; she was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional! She had informed us that "we (paycor) determined we cannot do business with you." After I asked to speak with someone else for clarification and/or further guidance as I was now extremely concerned that all of our business and employees' banking information was already provided, she stated "there is no one here that will tell you any differently." After several attempts to get her to understand my concerns, she stated "I am not going to argue with you." Not once did this company place a courtesy phone call to our business!! They now have access to several bank accounts having signed and executed a POA. We have put all banks on alert about the potential of this company fraudulently accessing funds. All employees of Paycor should be ashamed. You are all preying on small, growing businesses! I am disgusted on a personal and professional level.

      I think out decency PayCor should refund the amount they're supposed to and that never came, plus the second amount that they withheld to pay my taxes, since I have no intention to keep making business with PayCor. I have no time to spend 1hr on the phone with a supervisor. Last time I spent 1hr and 3 minutes on the phone, I didn't get a solution and the supervisor Christopher A**** ended hanging up the phone. So please if a supervisor would contact, I'll only accept that he/her is already familiar with the situation before calling, and is ready to refund me. I won't accept another hr on the phone answering 100 times the same questions and going no where. It's very unprofessional.

      From trying to set up the initial account to running the first payroll the experience has been terrible. No follow up on customer satisfaction. No response on critical payroll matters. No one to one rep. I suggest taking business elsewhere. I am still trying to get a stop payment on random fees they are assessing as of today. If anyone from paycor reads this please contact me I would love to resolve the issues I am still having.

      From day one working with this company has been the most stressful time consuming part of my life. They are completely disorganized, lack the support needed for a small business (i can't even imagine a large company being with them) and don't have an answer for any of your questions or concerns. You go back and forth through emails and zoom calls and nothing gets accomplished... *** is a way better option. Using Paycor for scheduling is a BIG mistake that will not work right either even after explaining the issues present to numerous people, you still do not get anywhere. My rep at *** her name is ****** and I had her personal phone #! She was available to me 24/7 and did a great job. Unfortunately I can not control the choices my company makes only live with them and my life daily has become so poor due to PAYCOR!

      Worst payroll company. Mixed up payroll when company was sold with that of the purchaser. Have caused us fines and repeated incorrect billing from the ***. No way to talk to company or send emails. No way on the phone menu to talk to someone without a customer number(this has been going on so long I guess they have deactivated my customer number) and emails are rejected. Messed up W-2 for employee. Incorrectly applied payments to FICA, etc. This has been going on now for nearly 2 years. I can’t believe the government doesn’t do something about this because who knows what any company actually owes or pays when using such an inept, obviously poorly managed and just plain wrong company. Please do not trust them with your payroll or your bank accounts.
