They dont have a clue ur mechanic s changed a 1000 dollar fuel pump that didn't need changed but u people were sure it was the fuel pump 1000 bucks u stole from me u clam an charged me for a diagnostic that u didn't do yes never did or u would of discovered my distributor cap was bad 60 dollar part to fix my van U STOLE $1000 BUCKS FROM ME I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO UR SHOTTTY *** BUSINESS THANK **** *******Tire Discounters, Inc.

Beware of the shady practices at Tire Discounters, Jeffersonville. I am from out-of-state and believe I was taken advantage of.
• The tires were sold at a substantially inflated price.
• The salesman lied about the amount of rebate. Only $50 was allowed by Michelin, although the salesman claimed $140 was due.
• The installation was faulty. The tires developed a shimmy on my way home to Michigan. It took my mechanic two hours to identify the exact source of the shimmy, which was due to improperly balanced tires.Tire Discounters, Inc.

Decided to write this review because an employee decided to give me "the benefit of a doubt" when I addressed service quality issues after having work done on my vehicle. In summary, always check behind their work to make sure they did exactly what was supposed to be done.
Pro: quick service.
Con: quality of service subpar (always look after their work), bad attitude from an employee condescending when issues from service brought up.
Installed only 3 out of 4 valve stems and charged for 4 after a four tire replacement. Employee gave me "the benefit of a doubt" that I was not making stuff up or went elsewhere where they messed it up (these things are tracked by VIN, so you should already know)... Why would I go out of my way to get a 1 valve stem changed when I just recently got my vehicle serviced at your shop, just to come back to tell you that you forgot to install a new valve stem you charged me for?
Wheel alignment was supposed to come with the initial service but I realized my vehicle was not aligned after having driven it for some miles, although they claimed that they had done it. Unfortunately, they could not provide me the evidence (alignment readings) that the service was actually done, since they didn't even provide me with the readings in the first place. They claimed that these are not recorded... which is quite the farce. When they gave me the readings it is clearly recorded in the system with a barcode to show from/to readings - so I concluded that they did not do the service in the first place, as they seemed to have claimed. You should've just told me up front that you never did.
Thanks for giving me the "benefit of a doubt" guy. I'll be taking my hard earned elsewhere.Tire Discounters, Inc.

BEWARE. Delaware Ohio location. They wrecked my car and are refusing to take responsibility. The regional manager Jim lied to me and told me they would have their insurance company call me and they never even called to make a claim. They lied to me and left me waiting to hear from insurance company only to call to find out no claim had been made and they had no intentions of making a claim. I have Jim on video saying that he was sending my information to travelers insurance. Jim never made a claim and never called me to tell me he wasn’t. Jim was rude and cold during our entire conversation. Your regional manager did not even introduce himself to me. I had to go out of my way to ask him his name. This is an absurd way of running a business and I’m absolutely appalledTire Discounters, Inc.

I went to the Hillsboro, Ohio location for a 1 pm appointment on 03/04/2023. They were busy but that's why I made an appointment in advance. More than a dozen people came and went during the hour and a half that I waited. It was made fairly clear that the manager there was 100% focused on 3 things; making new sales, visiting with friends, and slandering his own employees to any customers available. All of the customers I saw waited on were paying customers so it's my assumption that my warranty work wasn't important. before leaving I informed the employee at the counter, an older gentleman, that I had already waited over an hour and a half and was leaving, and without a word, he left into the shop area. As I was approaching my car the Manager yelled after me "It's a busy shop!". No apology, no explanation that was acceptable. I believe that waiting in the lobby for 90 minutes for a scheduled appointment is more than reasonable and more than should be expected. I also believe that I was made to wait because I wasn't a "paying" customer.Tire Discounters, Inc.

I purchased new tires and came right back for more work; new wheel bearings. Upon picking up my truck, Tire Discounters could not turn off my ABS sensor light - they stated they did not have the proper computer to clear the code and a dealership would have to clear it. I took the vehicle to a nearby dealership. Together we cleared the code four times, but it kept coming back on. The dealership said it could be a number of things related to the work Tire Discounters had done, but there was no way to tell without putting the vehicle on a rack. I contacted Tire Discounters immediately and explained the issue, giving contact info for Dealership service manager if they needed to verify. Long story short, I ended up being without my vehicle for two weeks. I was ultimately ghosted at the local store, regional manager, and corporate levels. Out of pocket to resolve the issue and cold shoulder from management. I'll gladly spend more elsewhere in the future, they do not stand behind their work, and disrespectfully ghost customers.Tire Discounters, Inc.

As requested in the 'Comment from the Business' section, I contacted TireDiscounters Corporate. Sure enough, the same Area Manager I spoke with originally called and requested the dealership receipt documentation of the negligence and expense. Per his request, I promptly emailed the information (Feb22). Crickets. Then a follow-up email on March 16th.....nothing. So here I am. If all goes well with your vehicle, I'm sure TireDiscounters is a great deal. But in the event they make a mistake, GOOD LUCK is being treated respectfully or fairly. They've got my money and place no value on owning up for any trouble or expense they caused - in fact, they won't even do you the courtesy of returning an e-mail or phone call unless it's prompted by corporate customer service.Review fromCherie

I went to the Huber location and loved their service so much I bought 4 brand new tires. I went to beavercreek today to get my oil changed, decided to get just my tires rotated only. Natalie greets me at the counter, I sign a paper and she takes my keys. She calls me up to the desk 36 minutes later to tell me she broke something on my van and it’s my responsibility to fix it because when stuff swells they have to tighten and un tighten it to get it off. So she broke the rod off my wheel and the lug nut. I asked for a manager because at this time I don’t feel it’s my responsibility to fix her mistake. So a tire rotation. That is now free because I bought tires, now cost me $179 plus tax because of someone else’s mistake that I need to fix. Asked to speak to the manager but he was in the restroom. After looking at the van I just told her to fix it because I don’t have time to be here all day. I don’t feel it’s my responsibility to fix someone’s mistake when two months ago all of my rods and lugnuts were goodTire Discounters, Inc.

1 starI had a schedule appointment at 8 am but someone at this store change it to 10:30 am to 10 am or whenever they feel like it without are consent and then to tell me that there are just going to look at after we told them to replace are front ******************* I do not recommend this company this company they do what they wants to do with their customer cars and there appointment without any care how my affect there customer and this company only has one mechanic on duty at any time so don't waste your time with this fly by night company. No work proud or ethics etc. If you can't leave your car for a week then not come to this company. I wonder how much this company paid for those FAKE 5 stars reviews. (We were told 3 different stories and we called to confirm our appointment was at 8 am and WAS told it was at 8 am.) The owner of this company does nothing but lie for his employee's. The manager was not helpful at all in explaining or resolving why they were telling me I needed 2 more new tires. I had purchased new tires (4) 3 years ago. Had my tires rotated regularly. Purchase 3 new tires in the following 2 years. 1 replaced a damaged tire and the other 2 were their recommendation. Had the alignment and balancing done by this establishment only. I went in to have them rotated in 2022 and was told I needed 2 more new tires. When I questioned how this was even possible, I was told that was how it was. I went in for a tire that has repeatedly lost pressure. Went I went to pick it up they told me I needed new back tires, never looked at the bad tire for any leak, did not even put air in it and was not going to tell me. I had to call ****** tire myself to talk to them about a warranty claim. The store will not call. Then ****** said they have to call and the manager Darryl had all the information wrong so they denied the claim. Luckily, I had all the receipts to show everything. ****** honored the warranty, and I got new tires. No help from Darryl. Horrible experience.Tire Discounters, Inc.
