  Terrible experience. 2016 Cadillac Ats-v. They ruined 3 of my wheels. Then are trying to say they didn't do it. When I noticed it when I went to picked the car. Had the manager come outside and he said it was the 3 set that they messed up in the past week. Then I spoke to a district manager and he is saying there is no way they could of done this damage. My car is my gift to myself and only has 25k miles on it. I know ever little Mark on the vehicle. The wheels were perfect when I dropped the car off at the Fields Ertel location.

  Tire Discounters use to be credible. My most recent encounter was easily one of my worst experiences anywhere, and will not return. Did not align tires, because they said something was wrong with the bushings. Was told of this only after I had to probe with questions as to why I didn't get my print out about tire ware. The store manager told me that it wasn't really safe to drive and that the part would be ordered. Then put me off for a week saying part hadn't come in, to finding out the supplier doesn't deliver the part, and they would pick it up. After three days, they still hadn't picked up the part. Meanwhile, my wheels are out of alignment. I file a complaint, we play phone tag for a couple days, then he just stops, despite my last message being that I would be on vacation for the next three days and he can call anytime. I filed another complaint and heard absolutely nothing. I then looked into filing a complaint with BBB and see that they are not even members, so what is the point of filing a complaint with BBB. It tells me they really don't care about the customer at all.In the meantime, I took my car to a reputable repair guy. Nothing wrong with bushings, but brake pads were bad. Glad Tire Discounters caught that!

  I demand a full refund!!!???? I spent 193.00 on an alignment package aft having replaced my front struts. After paying and I was not given a before and after spec sheet showing the toe-in and camber measurements. All four tires were sitting at 4 different angles. Smh. I asked the service advisor why the wheels were not straight and she told me that the techs had dialed the specs in as best that could. The advisor also told me that I would buy a camber bolt kit and that would make a difference. I was told that the bolts were seized and that there was nothing that could be done. After my car violently pulling to either side, I parked my vehicle and did not feel comfortable with my son driving his car post-alignment. Back to the shop, This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever been to. The techs in the back were blasting heavy metal music and goofing off in the back, playing with tires outside in the back of the shop. The older gentleman in the front is very polished and his business decorum is elite. Unfortunately, the unprofessional environment was easy to overlook, that was the alignment that I paid for did not live up to safety standards causing my car to pull. My car hasn't run straight since!!! I'm angry because I felt taken advantage of and my safer was compromised. This prompted me get a 2nd opinion.I took my vehicle to ****** Frame and Axle to have an alignment and had the work done correctly. It cost me $109.00. I had to pay for the same service 2x and because I have no confidence in Tire Discounters, I will never allow those hacks to touch my car. I DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Please refund me my full $193.00.   ****** was bought by Tire Discounters recently. I have used ****** for 20+ years and have loved their service and their honesty. No more. I took my car in to have why the Vehicle Stabilization Assist light remains on. I was asked to give an $800 deposit for “ordering parts”. I then had 3 people review their estimate and all agreed nothing had to do with the VSA light. I requested a refund and ****** agreed to refund my $800. It’s been 17 days and two phone calls and no refund. Can BBB help this elderly woman get my money back??

  I called the store where I bought 4 brand new tires costing $768. The ad on the Internet says Receive a $50 rebate when you make a single invoice purchase of any 4 tires OR spend $499 or more with your Tire Discounters Credit card. I don’t have one of their credit cards nor will I ever. I spent $768 on four tires in a single transaction as their ad states, and they can’t, and won’t honor the rebate. I called corporate and they don’t care, so they don’t care about my future business. I won’t be going back!!!!!!

  Our apologies that we did not meet your expectations! The advertising is very clear that the rebate is available if you use the TD credit card. Our customer support team, as well as the company in general, does care, but we cannot provide a rebate since the credit card was not used. This particular rebate is paid by the credit card company so they will not honor the rebate without the credit card. We thank you for being a valued TD customer and we do hope to see you again when you need us.

  Took my wife's van to get two new tires - the spare tire was on the front.......replaced with two new tires and just thru the spare tire in the back of the van......Like ****  I called and asked why and they said something must have broke!!! I said yes you are right.....your customer service!!! I put the spare back to where it needed to be.......Never will I use them again!!!

  Went to store in Hendersonville Tn. To get a plug for my tire. Manager was great he went above and beyond to help me get in and out quickly. Most definitely recommend Tirediscounters for all automotive needs.

  Went to store in whitestown IN store due to some vibration in the wheels, they said there is bend in the rim and need to replace two front rims and currently out of stock and need to order one and it may take couple of days once the rim is here we will call you but I didn’t get call for couple of weeks and then stop by on Saturday morning and they said due to staff shortages we missed to call you waited for 2 hours and employee said one of your car rim installed in some other car not sure who is that lucky guys have wrong rim in his car so I have come again that is today 04/29/2023 waited for 2 hours and got a good news my car is ready and paid balance amount amount of $133 in cash due to some mistake they made in the system. Came out checked the car don’t see any new rim is installed except the one which installed last week. When I checked with the person he checked all the four wheels and checked with the person who worked on the car and informed there is miscommunication in there team. Asked them to refund my money. Please check there work once it is done, not sure they understand what they are doing for this simple rim change it l self lot of confusion.

  My wife went to their website and bought 4 tires from an affiliate and paid for thr tires, mounting and balance. They shipped to Johnny Wheels for installation. We live 100 miles away so my daughter dropped in to make sure all was good and was told it was. We had an appointment in the area and took two vehicles to drop one off there. They then wanted paid to install the tires, refused to look at our receipt and the manager told the employees to load the tires in my wife's vehicle he wasn't messing with it. He stated it was no longer Johnny Wheels and was sold 2 years ago. We purchase the tires from Simple Tires who is listed on their cards and website as an affiliate. Simple Tires had them installed at another affiliate. The manager was rude unfriendly and nasty about the whole thing.
