      The shop used to be great. They've now lied to use, tried to take advantage of my wife, and broken parts on several vehicles of ours. Not only did they break parts, but tried to hide it, and won't take responsibility for items they have broken, leaving me to fix or pay myself. They still won't replace a tire that was bad from the beginning, claiming other parts needed to be replaced (wheel bearings, wheels etc).

      Two tires and an alignment took 6 hours because the alignment was way off after the work was done. Had to be done a second time.

      Worst place to have your car worked on say they system was down and I couldn't pay my bill so I work out of town and have to wait and miss a day work and didn't fix my car on top of it

      The COO is a bully with very limited understanding of the legal system and questionable morals/ethics. Mistakes are understood but how you chose to recover means more. The COO should be ashamed for self-imposing obstacles to receive cancer treatment due to negligence (car cannot be driven to treatment). His disregard for my health, property and time show his lack of emotional intelligence and regard for humanity. Dropped off a tire rim, was given to someone else by mistake… after two appointments, tire still unavailable for install. Manager and corporate said he will not replace despite safety concerns. I am forced to find alternative transportation to medical care. I hope people are as kind and understanding to the COO and family in their time of need.

      I had a tire repair. I had a tire rotation. 3 years later, I had a blowout. While changing out the tire, the tire that blew, had the plug in it. Should have been moved when they rotated my tires. Therefore, they did NOT rotate my tires!

      I purchased tires in November when I was told I would receive 2 $100 rebates. I was waiting for these rebates to come in the mail, they never came. So I went online and the TDC customer service told me that I had to fill information out. They were nice enough to send the info to me on 12/26. From there When I got home from my holiday with my family I filled it out and dropped it in the mail on 12/29. The denied my $100 rebates because the post marked date was 01/04/24 and 01/03 was the deadline the same with the ****** rebate which deadline was 12/31 . I called today and asked if they could help, NO was the answer. I was NEVER told I needed to fill or send anything in for this. At first I thought the tires were just $200 off the way the person working played it out to be. I am highly disappointed in the service and lack of understanding.

      I had to have a tire replaced due to pothole damage. Had friends in from out of town and were leaving on a trip. Went to Thompson Rd location south Indianapolis and got service rep Drew M*******. He was AMAZING! He had me out the door in less than an hour!!!!! They were very busy, but his customer service efforts in trying to help me out were outstanding!!! Eric D*****, give him a raise!!! He deserves it!!!! You are lucky to have him in your business. Since Covid, customer service has become extinct, but not to Drew. He treated me like I was one of his family members! Keep up the good work, Drew! It was a pleasure to work with you!

      I was extremely disappointed in the service provided to me by Tire Discounters. I bought four new tires from this company and not only did they not install them correctly, after three separate attempts to get one of my tire pressure censors online they were unable to. They sent me to the dealership to have this issue resolved and saddled me with the entire bill when they deemed it to cost "too much". I was stranded at the dealership having to pay out of my own pocket for the issue they created after doing everything they told me to do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!

      THEY PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRES ON MY CAR. I complained from the beginning that something was wrong and there was a noise and vibration. 2 yrs later and after them saying they found nothing wrong, I went somewhere else. Found out the tires on the car were to small. Contacted corporate and they had the Delaware, Ohio store manager call me. He wanted me to bring the car in to look at it. I had already had them changed, so he agreed to give me a free oil change. When I arrived, I was told I was a day late and the manager wasnt there. I have had enough, this place used to be great. When the new counter guy started, it all went down hill. This isnt the only time I have had problem either.

      I took my KIA **** in to the TireDiscounters in Paris, KY on December 2 to have 4 new tires. The young man and I discussed the cost and I agreed to have the work done (only later to find out that they overcharged me for the tires). I made the unfortunate mistake of telling him that I had recently lost my husband and that I was new to making these kinds of decisions. I sat down to wait for the tires to be mounted when the young man came to me to say that my brakes needed replaced. I agreed - unfortunately. A few days later I was discussing the cost of the tires/brakes with a friend who was astounded at how much they GROSSLY overcharged me! Since then I have shown the itemized statement to 3 other men who said the same thing! I went to them, after being recommended by a friend, trusting they would treat me fairly. I think it is disgusting how someone like this business can treat a grieving widow.
