      Total Quality calls repeatedly every single day, at least 2-3 times despite being told more than 20 times to take us off their list and stop calling. I want the harassment to stop.

      I have asked them at least 20 times to put our company on the do not call list. We genuinely don't need the service! They continue to spam our company with unwanted phone calls and when one person says "no" and explains, they just call another member. Once this is worn out, they insert another associate and start all over again. We are ready to sue.

      I have been receiving cold calls from this business despite making it very clear that the company I work for both does not require or want the services they provide. They call EVERY DAY, no exceptions, for about a month, and I have clearly stated my wants and intent every time I have spoken with a representative from their company.

      This is just mind-numbingly bad behavior from a business, and their redundant and unwelcome calls are eating into my day and frankly, at this point, my mental well-being. It's harassment, plain and simple.

      We get constant calls from this company! We always say 'no' and tell them to remove us from their list.

      They called twice again today, and the man was extremely rude. When I said I wanted our company removed from his list, he said that they only way to do that was for us to try them out. Even if I did need services, I would never choose this company.

      Total Quality Logistics constantly cold calls us for shipping business. We have told them numerous times to take us off their call list and to stop calling but they just use different people each time they call fishing for work. Even while we're telling them to stop call, they're trying to sell us something. They are harassing our company for work and they need to stop bothering our employees.

      Today, Tuesday August 15th 2023, we were called by this horrible company again after requesting that they stop calling us literally dozens of times. Every time they get a new rep, they start calling again and we have to tell them again and it's always an argument. I have no idea how they are still in business with the type of people they hire. Today, the person calling was Stu from the Cincinnati office and when our receptionist asked them to please remove us from their call list again, he had the nerve to say he was returning a call from our owner. Our owner who passed away 7 months ago. When the receptionist told him that was impossible, he argued with her. He finally hung up when she told him that the person that he had supposedly received a call from had passed away. I hope that Stu will stop calling, but I'm sure the next rep they hire from the landfill will call us again in a few weeks or months when this one gets fired, so I doubt we'll have peace for long. We just want them to stop calling us. We will never do business with this company, I don't care if they're giving their services away for free.

      Total Quality Logistics continuously calls our business DAILY to solicit their services. ******** does not wish to do business with TQL. We have asked them to stop calling, but they continue calling. We have emailed them, but they continue to call DAILY.

      We now consider their soliciting as a HARRASMENT.

      We have registered their number with the DO NOT CALL Registry.

      This is yet another step to stop the harrasment.

      Total Quality Logistics calls our office at least once a day looking for shipping business. We have told them, repeatedly, to stop calling us but they persist to a point it has become out of control. They don't understand "No". We have written them as well to stop these disruptive calls but that hasn't helped either.
