      TQL continues to harass our company with daily phone calls despite requesting being taken off the calling list. We receive one phone call per day from a sales rep stating they are our new account executive. We have asked dozens of times over the years to be removed from calling lists. They will not connect me with management to help resolve this issue either. My staff and I are beyond frustrated with their continued attempts to contact us. PLEASE stop calling our businesses.

      This company keeps on calling and emailing our business over and over again, even after repeatedly telling them to stop contacting us. All they are doing is wasting our time and theirs. They tie up phone lines here at our business and take up our valuable time. It absolutely has to stop!

      This company is a solicitation company and has been asked many times to stop calling and emailing. One sales person moves on and another takes their place and it starts allover again.

      This has been going on for a year now.

      This company continues to call me to solicit business after telling them several times that we cannot use their services. I have asked them at least 3 times to remove me from their call list. They say that they will and yet they continue to call me.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complain* ** ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, as long as they keep their word and put me on their do not call list.  In the past they told me that they removed my name from their call list, only to continue calling me.  Only time will tell for certain, but I don't trust them to follow through.

      Despite repeated requests for Total Quality Logistics, LLC to stop calling our company and repeated requests to be placed on their do not call list, we continue to receive spam calls from this company that are disruptive to our own ability to conduct our business. Our internal attempts to stop these disruptive phone calls by blocking the number only result in more calls being placed from a different number which we are also blocking. I have attached a small sample of call logs showing some of the calls that have been made to our company.

      This company has called my place of business daily soliciting trucking jobs for years despite repeated requests to be taken off their list or out of their system. It has gotten to the point of harassment. 2-3 times a day 5 days a week. Just yesterday I received an email from them and responded with a request to be removed from their call list. I received a response that it would be taken care of today. I have not received confirmation of that as promised, but my receptionist has received a phone call from yet another individual in their call center soliciting for them. It is a waste of their time and mine tying up the phone lines at my business and it needs to stop.

      At this point, this company is harassing me. I have asked them numerous times to stop calling/emailing me and to remove me from their distribution list. I have asked for a supervisor, management, but they keep calling and leaving voice-mails. It's happening with multiple phone numbers and emails.

      I would simply like for them to stop calling our company. They have called us for years when we have continously told them to remove us from their call list. They just do not respect our wishes. They call everyday, non stop!

      This company has cold called my organization every single day and has ignored requests to remove our contact information from their records. We have politely asked numerous times and the company has acknowledged and informed us we would no longer receive these calls but received one yesterday and two more today. These are spam and need to stop

      This company makes soliciting phone calls so excessively that it has become harrasment. When they are told we are not interested and to please take us off their call list. they immediately call back. some days the calls are upwards of 10-12 times per day. We are a business and do not use or need their service. i have filed complaints on this company before and tried resolving this through their offices with no resolve.
