This business will not stop calling my business telephone landline. It has gone on for over 5 years. I have asked them politely to please remove me from their calling list. I have no interest in using their business. I did not request any information from them ever. Yesterday they called three times immediately in a row. I picked up the third time and asked them if they just called me three times. There was no response so I hung up.
I just read about other peoples similar experiences online. These businesses should not be allowed to endlessly call valuable business lines, which can obscure meaningful calls, especially for small businesses. Please report and stop Total Quality Logistics!Business Response

TQL calls every single day. Every single day we tell them that we are not interested in their service and ask that they stop calling. They still call. We flagged their phone number so staff know not to answer. They started having the recruits call from (I assume) their personal phone and leave a generic message, ie, (“hey this is Steve please call me back when you get a chance”) in order to lure someone into calling thinking that it was a customer.
Non-stop harassment that you would expect from the drunk guy at the bar, not a legitimate business.
TQL is simply the most unprofessional broker that I have ever come across and I’ve been in this business for over a decade. I would go through the work if getting a CDL myself and driving a pallet somewhere before I ever booked a load through their company.Business Response

TQL Constantly calls, emails and leaves me messages. Their rates are terrible and the service is even worse. Have told them a dozen or more times to stop calling us, but they just keep calling. Will soon use an airhorn on the phone if they call again.Business Response

TQL continues to harass our company with daily phone calls despite requesting being taken off the calling list. We receive one phone call per day from a sales rep stating they are our new account executive. We have asked dozens of times over the years to be removed from calling lists. They will not connect me with management to help resolve this issue either. My staff and I are beyond frustrated with their continued attempts to contact us. I receive phone calls at least 3 times a week from Total Quality. I have repeatedly asked to be placed on their Do Not Call List. Most recently they called on 01/13/23 at 9:55 am, 1/17/23 at 3:35 pm and today, 1/19/23 at 9:21 am. The last two phone calls I had, both people said they had never called me before. While that specific person may have never called me, the company has called me numerous times. I just want them to stop calling. If they can't respect my time and my request to be on the Do Not Call List I most certainly will not be doing business with them. Just stop calling me. Also, they never initially say who they are, I only know its always Total Quality because I have caller ID, so I ask the caller to confirm that is who they are.

We have requested multiple times that this company discontinue calling us on our customer service line to inquire about logistics services that they wish to offer us.
We have been put on their "do not call list" and they continue to call us.
They have attempted to lie about existing in order they have in progress with us to receive other employee's phone numbers/contact information so they can call spam them as well. The existing order they claimed was with an employee that no longer works here.

At least once a day multiple co-workers and I continually receive phone calls from TQL trying to solicit our business. None of the people that are receiving the calls are even in our transportation department. It seems as though TQL is just cold calling every extension in the company directory to attempt to reach someone. They proved in a single call that they do not give a single s**t about who we are, what we do, or how we function. Blind calling and interrogating our people when you don't get an immediate manager on the phone is not only unprofessional, but it's just about the stupidest f******g thing someone in sales can do.
