Our company receives 3 to 5 calls per day from Total Quality Logistics soliciting business. We have respectfully instructed Total Quality Logistics (TQL) that we aren't interested in their services and to please remove our company from their call list. They refuse to honor our repeated requests to stop calling us but it doesn't deter them whatsoever. We are asking for the BBB's assistance to get TQL to discontinue their harassment practices. I'm sure if it's happening to my company, it's happening to many other companies who experience the same daily frustration received from TQL. Thank you for your assistance!!Business Response

Since my initial complaint to the BBB, the number of contacts from Total Quality Logistics has increased, not only for me but from many other people at ******* **** * ****. It's as if we made TQL angry and now they're going to punish the people at ******* **** * **** by calling them more often. I would prefer not to give TQL a list of all the people at ******* **** * **** that they should not contact, I would rather TQL simply not contact anyone at ******* **** * ****.

I have been a freight broker for 10+ years, no matter what company I have worked for, TQL calls me nonstop asking me to co-broker my customer freight to them. In 2022 I had a friend work there for a very short period of time and I gave him 1 load. 1! After he was fired for not meeting their insane outbound call #'s harassing other brokers, customers and carriers alike, I respectfully asked to be removed as a 1 time customer and to not be contacted ever again. I was assured this was done. Nope, I continue to get calls/emails asking for my business. This is a major issue, I made a post about it on Linked and over 250 comments and 100K page impressions later many others have chimed in with the same complaints.
I have emailed their prospecting address as recommended by employees there and have received no response back confirming I have been removed from their system
I have an attorney working on legal action with over 1000 people and companies ready to file a complaint about this.
here are 2 LinkedIn posts with dozens of people complaining about the same thing. This is borderline harassment.

I checked my caller idea and the past three months TQL has called my business at least once a week, some times twice a week. I have been very polite and nice and have told them we are not interested; they still call at least once a week. Stop calling, we don't use truck shipments at all!Business Response

Company calls every couple of days to attempt to do business with me. Every time they leave voicemail. They simply will not remove me from call list. Requested removal many times. I personally have told this company 6 or 7 times to stop calling, put us on the do not call list. My receptionist has also told them many, many times we are not interested in their service. This business continually calls me asking for logistics/trucking. I have nicely explained a dozen or more times, that I am in no way, shape, or form associated with any logistics company and to please take me off their contact list. This has been occurring for the last 10 months, with at least 3-5 calls per week. They have still not removed me from their contact list. I attempted to escalate to a supervisor, and was left on hold for 60+ minutes. I attempted to block the number, however their IP phone system uses a caller-id overwrite, so it does not block the internal DIDs the call originates from. My only request is that they remove my number from their contact list and stop calling me.Business Response
