I have asked TQL numerous times in the last 3 years to place us on a Do Not Contact List. But they continue to call even after being told the company they are trying to contact (Superior) is no longer at this number and we (******) are not interested in the service.Business Response

They have not responded in any way.
They have not substantiated or offered any breakdown of any charges/services provided.
I haven't seen the apparent purchase orders they claim I have initiated.
Details in my letter stand.
Bogus charges without any explanation or receipts of any sort paid to third parties.

I have asked many times to be placed on the do not call list. I work in ** and TQL calls me every 3 days. I have had to block their numbers, yet they always seem to call back with a different number. This has been ongoing now for a year. I told them this is borderline harassment, and Austin (TQL employee) just laughed at me.Business Response

This company has been spamming our office line for months, if not a year. When informed that we don't accept new freight brokers until January of every year, they keep calling regardless. Total Quality Logistics contacts our company multiple times a week requesting to speak with us regarding utilizing their services. Each time we request our name and number to be removed from their records (we have never used them for anything) and to stop contacting us. Every time the call in, they are extremely rude and confrontational.
We just received another call today (9-4-24) from D*** (************) where he was again informed of our unwillingness to speak with them or use their services.
