      We have asked this company numerous times to take us off of their call list and they just laugh. We are a business and do not have time to answer calls that do not pertain to us. I am tired of this company harassing us on a daily basis.

      After continued spam calls from this company and repeatedly telling them to stop, they continue to call at least once a week and send emails. The attached are two instances only this week where they acknowledge we have asked them to stop yet they continue to harass our company. They called our office three times in the same week of July 14th.

      On Tuesday, January 30, I went to the TQL website to book a shipment for 3 pallets. Since the value of the pallets was high, I expected a quote based on that value. However, the quote I had booked was not processed. Instead, someone from TQL reached out to me via email and handled the booking on their end. We paid $1,061.86 for shipping the 3 pallets from California to Delaware.

      I was pressured to make the payment the same day by the person who contacted me via email, likely due to their quota requirements. On the delivery day, we discovered that one pallet was missing. It appeared that the pallets had been rearranged, and the contents were not in their original order. The value of the missing pallet was $10,619.76.

      We contacted TQL, with whom we had made the payment and agreement, and submitted all relevant paperwork. TQL initially claimed there was no evidence of the missing pallet. We then provided video evidence showing that only two pallets were delivered. Although TQL acknowledged the issue and confirmed the missing pallet, they stated that had they known the true value of the pallet, they would not have accepted the freight.

      I am requesting that TQL reimburse us at least half of the value of the missing pallet as a compromise, but I have yet to receive a response. I find this situation very unprofessional and believe it reflects poorly on their business practices.

Furthermore, insurance through the carrier was opted out of being purchased. With the *** being signed clean we were unable to claim the carrier.       The company has not made any effort to contact me to resolve this issue. Despite my emails sent months ago, they have not responded. While they used to call me daily to check if I needed a shipment, they have been unresponsive and unprofessional when it comes to addressing the issue of the lost shipment.

      I provided video evidence showing their carrier only delivered two pallets instead of three. The company admitted they lost a pallet and promised to send a check, but the amount offered doesn’t even cover the value of one of the printers from that pallet. Since then, they have ignored me and failed to assist in recovering any of the lost value.

      I am requesting at least half of the value of the lost pallet to compensate for my loss.

      The company endlessly calls our business trying to sell us shipping services. We have asked many times to stop calling and remove us from their list, being polite. But its got to the point of not being polite anymore because now when we ask them to stop calling and hang up the phone they repeatedly call back over and over harassing us. I will attach a photo of our call log just from today. Please someone do something about this company and stop them from harassing businesses that are trying to conduct themselves professionally and get constantly hounded by this pathetic company.

      I am at a loss and about to file harassment charges against this company. They have showed up to this business multiple times and trespassed by walking into the trucking bays in an attempt to drive business, they have called here almost daily for 6+ months even after repeatedly being told not to call here. They continuously try asking for different people to get through to someone here and most of the time it is the exact same person calling over and over again

      TQL took over 3 weeks to get a quote for my shipments. They acted as if service was secure, they then increased pricing at time of delivery. I did not ok this shipment, then they could not get me an invoice to pay once service was secured. They called for an over the phone payment, and then could not get the pricing accurate according to the emailed price and never supplied an invoice. It was escalated and all levels of corporate were unable to satisfy our needs. I called **** ** ******* and had the job secured in less than 24 hours and on my docks in ****** less than 72 hours later.

      I requested TQL take me off their call list and they continue to call regularly. I have had 4 different brokers assigned to me since December 2023 and will not do business with them again. Filing this complaint based off their inability to remove me from their call list as they are unable to identify when they have lost a client.

      I have asked this company for years and years to stop contacting my business. They just assign my account to a new sales rep and they continue to call. I have their number blocked, but it still goes to voicemail. They call me EVERY SINGLE DAY and leave a voicemail. I have spoken to at least 6 different sales reps and 2 sales managers and asked them all politely to remove me from the call list. We already have a freight company that we are satisfied with and have no intention of switching or even shopping around. And frankly, I don't care if they offered me free shipping. I wouldn't accept it because of the harassment I have endured over many years with the constant phone calls. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. I just want the harassment to stop.

      i had used Total Quality Logistics 5 or so times previously and was very disappointed in its level of service and forthrightness. I have emailed and spoken to numerous TQL employees advising I am not interested in using their service and do not want to be contacted again. Each contact has advised that the only way for them not to call is to give them business at least once every 90 days.
      I absolutely refuse to do that.
      Please make them stop contacting me by phone or email.
