My complaint with Total Quality Logistics is how often they call, and how they don't honor my requests to STOP CALLING. My business gets multiple calls weekly, and sometimes multiple calls daily. I've explained over and over that we are not looking for any help with shipping ("Don't call us, we'll call you.") But they keep calling. They have been calling for years. I don't even answer the phone anymore when I see Total Quality on the caller ID but than they just fill my voicemail with messages.

This company calls us virtually every day. We have reported them, placed them on the No Call List, and even called them directly to demand that they cease calling us. We do not even use shipping services, so this is even more egregious.Business Response

The rep said, "I'm frustrated with how much you complain, so now I'm gonna have everyone call you." Pretty unprofessional. YEARS ago, my company made the mistake of working with TQL. Many errors and lost money later, they call me and my company for business. I have requested to be removed from their call list at least 100 times to 100 different people. I have even reported them to the FTC and joined the National Do Not Call Registry. The calls keep coming. I want myself and EVERYONE from my organization to be removed from their database, and I do not want anymore calls.Business Response

This dreadful company informed us over a year ago (through its salesmen and sales manager) that it had taken care of bogus charges that it's contractors place on our bill. (I have all the Voicemails/emails to validate this claim). They then decided several months later that we still owed them this money hand their salesmen and sales manager didn't have the right to get rid of the charges. They then threatened us this legal action if we did not pay them. At this point we just gave in and decided to pay a set amount that we all agreed upon (we have emails). We have paid them in full and now they are harassing us saying we did not pay the bill and we still owe monies. This company is unethical and continues to lie and cheat people out of money, services and then tries to bully them by stating they are going to take legal action.Business Response

About 1 week ago, this company started calling me daily. They are calling me on my personal cell phone, at my home. Looking at other complaints I've found that they are all about the same thing - incessant phone calls. They appear to be offering their logistics services to other companies. I'm NOT a business! I don't understand how I ended up on their call list, but I need to be removed and moved to their DNC list. I don't know why the BBB is rating them A+, when the number of complaints against them is so large, and the company is so aggressively robocalling people. Makes no sense!Business Response
