      IGS energy marketman came to my door and stole my electricity bill account. He claimed that they provided cheaper electricity service but without showing me detail. I refused and told him to leave my property, but still he had changed my default energy supplier to IGS. I didnt not know that until my recent electricity bill shows a higher price. This is entirely a SCAM and it is unacceptable. Please check my attached bill: IGS charge $0.1099 while my default price is $0.10040. They also set an early cancellation fee so I have to use their energy for a year. Unacceptable.

      Solicitor came to the door, said he was going to save me money on my electric bill. Never mentioned that the company he represented would add a major surcharge to my already astronomical electric bill. Said he was here due to all the legal issues with the over charging from Toledo ******* My electric billed doubled and in some cases almost tripled in price. None of these possibilities were ever stated to me. Are collecting over $1000 from me in 3 months they are also charging me an early cancellation fee. They are not being clear that they are selling you a product that will wreck you financially and offer no help or way or without giving them even more money.

      Sorry you feel IGS is bad.  IGS did review your account.  The price to compare is June 1 - June 30 0.0929
      July 1 - August 31 ******. Your IGS price is .0949.  IGS did not cause your billed to increase.  IGS noticed your usage is very high.

      IGS does have a valid signed contract, therefore the early cancellation fee will stand.

      I have included bills people to signing up for this "service" and after signing up for it as well. As one can plainly see my bill was detrimentally increased. I'm am askingg for a total refund as this was not properly explained. I explained to agent that I was already on payment plan with ************************* and was told that this program would not affect that. Again I have paper evidence to the contrary. I feel this was a scam attempting to get even more money from an area already affected by some of the highest energy cost in *****

      I received a very high electric bill so naturally I call the electric company and when I asked about my solar panels they informed me that they havent received solar energy since January. I contacted IGS to inquire further: they noted that I was off of the grid since January. They said they would send a technician and someone would be in contact with me. I was also told that along this issue was due to the solar panels then they would compensate for the electric bill or some sort of adjustment. If it were fuses, then that isnt their fault.One week passed so I called again. I was then informed that a tech was scheduled to come in Sept. They transferred me to someone else, again, and this person, agreed that September was too far and he would be in contact with someone in charge of the field and someone would contact me Another week later, 0 contact. I called again. I have now been told September is the soonest. I was also informed that there are some insurances in place that help with finances that occurred while the system faulted. I was told there wasnt availability for sooner techs. I stated that I wanted to see my contract and I want to cancel. I was transferred again. This person, explained that not only was there no compensation because we consumed that usage, but that was the soonest someone could come here based on that third party. I discussed that there should be a prioritization on existing customers that have a faulty system for months. She even said there was one panel running and 17 were down, further mentioning that that was most of the system. There was no resolution made or an attempt to make things right. I asked to speak to her manager and she said that there was no one else to speak to. I said I want to speak who she reports to. Everyone has a boss. She said that she was the end of the line and if there was nothing further, she would have to disconnect.

      In 2021, I had signed up for Solar program with Vision Solar and vision solar installed the Solar panels that belongs to IGS Solar but failed to finish the ******* had to wait 2 years. I wrote so many emails , filed a complaint with the city of ******, with Vision Solar, better business Bureau and finally Vision solar agreed in writing to compensate me $2000 for the loss of my time and for waiting two years. I forwarded the email to IGS Solar to issue me the credit and I was informed that the best they can do is give me credit for $500 by stating that Vision Solar is out of business and they will not Honor the commitment they gave me. The Stress level and the frustration I went through to get the panels connected the grid was a nightmare. All I am asking them is the to honor the commitment that was offered to me by their partner.I have all the supporting emails if I could email you , please let me know.Thank you *********************** ************

      As confirmed in the customers complaint, the offer of $2,000 as compensation for a delay in interconnection was provided by Vision Solar. IGS Solar had no part in the offer of compensation, and it is outside the contract the customer holds with ********************. Per our records, the solar array was installed in March 2021 and energized in June 2023. Vision Solar filed for bankruptcy on December 28, 2023. The customer had nearly 2.5 years to come to a resolution for the compensation with Vision Solar.

       

      IGS Solar is empathetic to the customers concerns, but we are not obligated to honor another companys offer. As a courtesy, we have offered a $500 statement credit to the customer, which they have rejected.

      I am rejecting this response because: After Vision Solar installed the Solar Panels in my house, i tried everything to have them connect the panels for more than 2 years but failed to do so, then when I demanded to have the solar panels removed from my house, vision solar wrote the attached email offered me $2000 for the lost of my time and savings to connect the panels with national grid.

      Why did IGS allowed to have the panels sitting on my roof for over two years collecting dust?

      The salesman has been relentless and refuses to take no for an answer. When he visited for the second time a few months ago, I spoke with him, and told him I wasnt interested because his company receives terrible customer reviews. Today, he returned for a third time and spoke to my wife, trying to convince her to change her mind. He refused to leave when she told him we werent interested. When he finally left because she told him she was going to close the door, he said hed be back in three months. At this point, we feel harassed by this salesperson because he refuses to leave us in peace. Please help.

      Solar install in June 2023. *** is the lessor of our panels, they chose a different company to do our install. Damage to my home became evident and worsened following install. Upstairs finished attic space bedroom took on a mildew odor. I called *** and their installer both. I was ignored. End of March, early April I called again. I was promised a phone call but never received one. In the interim I had 5 different roofers come out to evaluate. They all said my roof was not suitable for panels, in spite of what the *** ordered roof inspection stated. This roof inspection was the basis of us entering into a contract. My roof is double shingle and old. The engineering report from the install company is written with calculations reflecting a single shingle, good condition roof. That is not what I have. I was lied to in order to push a contract though. It has been over 4 months and not one attempt was made for *** to respond. My home is damaged, my ability to enjoy my life has been hindered by nonstop worry and stress that my roof will collapse. I have proof.

      I am rejecting this response because: igs holds my contract which was entered into based upon fraud! I've requested IGS contact me and they have not.  

      Our solar panels are no longer working either. We can't get in touch with anyone for that either and they are clearly the lessor of the panels. Our electric bill was around $4 a month then our solar payment to IGS. This month we have a solar payment to IGS and over $270 on our electric bill due to the panels not working properly. 

      I demand IGS contact us instead of being arrogant and shirking the responsibility onto their installer.  ***** was committed to get you guys that contract with us and you are perpetuating said fraud by ignoring your customer! Furthermore you are breaching the contract you entered into fraudulently because we are a year in and your panels aren't working!

      I reject their response.  Their installer came to my home five times over five months and have not made good on anything.  Yesterday I had their installer come to my home, enter my home under false pretenses, they video taped and photographed me and my home without consent. They had no permits to do the "work" they alleged they were doing. I asked them to leave, one individual remained on my property forcing me to call the police.  My husband, who was not home, accessed the ring doorbell and called them a-holes and asked if he needed to come home from work since they were behaving so poorly.  The same individual who didn't exit the property  then stated he would sue us for my husband using a curse word towards him.  

      Igs has only contacted me twice, an individual named ****. Now , after five months and five visits from THEIR install company they are offering another company to come inspect the property.  I have already allowed their company to do this five times. I would request that they make good on what was offered by momentum. Just a week ago momentum said that they were going to do the removal of my solar panels. A full roof replacement. Reinstall all of the solar panels. Repair of interior sheetrock damage. Remove sheetrock and insulation in upstairs/ attic bedrooms and replace with new insulation and sheetrock due to leak /water intrusion concerns and mold and mildew. Additionally, momentum had had agreed to sister my roofing rafters for added structural support.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      IGS is fully aware that their response is dishonest. I never rejected their offer for a different installer; I had questions because I was unwilling to give a simple yes or no when I've already been dealing with their chosen install company for months.  I've sent them emails every single day for over a week stating such.  Additionally, their installer has blatantly told me they will not be working with me.  This is another fact that I communicated daily via email to IGS.  The installer is not ready and willing to work with us.  The installer is taking the stance that we would not cooperate.  They want unlimited access to my home so they can try and blame the water intrusion in my sons room on anything but their neglect.  I've had multiple contractors out here state the only way to see what is going on in my sons room is to dismantle his sheet rock as it is finished attic space with sheetrock attached directly to the roof rafters.  I've allowed their installer complete access to my home five times  over five months but I drew the line at them not having proper permits, banging on pipes that have zero to do with the damages I'm alleging, and videotaping and photographing me personally. 

      The installer said they will not be coming back here, they've historically demonstrated nefarious intentions, and put in writing they will not be helping and told me to act accordingly.  This was all conveyed to IGS repeatedly.

      Additionally, *** refuses to respond to issues with my power bill.  I've been sending daily emails communicating the aforementioned.

      Through this entire process, for over 5 months, I've only ever received two phone calls from IGS.

      A representative for IGS energy was in my neighborhood.

      I spoke with them by phone and I was informed my BGE bill would be 10% lower each month.

      My June IGS energy bill states a credit of $195 utilities credit. I didnt receive a credit for $195 on my Bge bill.

      The credit on my Bge was $170.79.

      My July IGS Energy bill states a utility credit for $195. The credit received on Bge bill.$154.00.

      ************ is lying the credit amount isnt correct.

      The last two IGS Energy bills I didnt receive any discounts at all.

      My July statement is higher than my Bge bill.

      I called Igs energy in June to get help with explaining why they are falsifying information.

      I was never advised my IGS Energy bills would be more expensive in the summer.

      I was only told about the 10 percent savings monthly.

      I have canceled IGS Energy. My billing cycles never matched. It has been a lot of confusion dealing with IGS Energy

      Ive emailed my  IGS statements from June and July. Ive also sent photo copies of my Bge bill to show the iIGS credit is lower then what they have on their statements.  I dont see a response from iIGS under the communication. Its a difference in the amount of $90.00.    My June and July Bge bills do not reflect a credit from IGS in the amount of $195.00

Our market manager made multiple attempts to reach you by phone after your initial inquiry on July 3rd,and our solutions center connected with you via phone on July 15th to review the documents. We have agreed to courtesy credit the subscription fee associated with the final banked balance, but have explained that we won't know the total amount to credit until we receive it from BGE until the next billing cycle, at which time the courtesy credit will be processed.

      Please see below billing breakdown.

      The latest file from BGE shows the final banked balance is 777 kwh. This is worth $131.57, and our subscription fee on that (90%) will be $118.41. 
      From 06/04 - 07/02, the subscription generated ***** kwh,which is worth $217.59. Our subscription fee (90%) on that is $195.83.
      The final invoice from *** for this month for the $195.83, minus the courtesy credit of $118.41 for the subscription fee on the banked balance, for a final total of $77.42.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I dont understand what banked hours are.  When I click the Bge explainer link it doesnt open.  How much of a credit will be subtracted from May and June ****? My latest Bge shows 908 kWh used and the bill is $67.00. The last two bills from IGS were higher than my Bge bill.  This response addresses my current bill and not the previous bills.  Its confusing will the $77 be the last payment due.  I really regret signing up with ****

      I am rejecting this response because: Ive sent an email today front and back Bge bills for a June and ***************** solar have falsified the credits on their bills.  The credits on my Bge bill was less  than whats on the  Community Solar invoice.  This has been a horrible experience.  I didnt agree to pay higher bills and be over charged

      I am rejecting this response because: Ive already emailed community Solar copies of my Bge bills **** June *** July.  They arent waiting for me. Copies front and back were sent on August 27th.

      Ive already emailed front and back copies of my Bge bills for may, June and July on August 27th.   My August bill doesnt have any credits from community Solar.  Im now being harassed by community Solar.  Again they are lying.

      Good afternoon,

      IGS is not able to obtain a copy of the September bill from BGE, IGS needs to see a copy of the front and back of the September bill to verify credits.  IGS cannot review the account further without the bill.  

       

      IGS does not feel a credit is due.  Per breakdown attached the customer saved money.

      I am rejecting this response because: my September Bge bill doesnt have any credits from community Solar
      I canceled community solar in July.  *** sent copies of being overcharged by community Solar for several months I didnt receive the ten percent savings on the last several bills with community solar.  Ive paid my September Bge bill and I no longer have it.  I dont owe community Solar any money.  Community Solar is a horrible company that falsifies information. They lie to their customers.

      I met with a sales rep today for IGS Solar. I was told the paperwork I was signing was only to see if I qualified for the Program and dependent on a roofing inspection and I could back out after the inspection. I said I was not comfortable moving forward and the salesman stated that this was not a final commitment but only to move to the next step and It would not binding lease until after the inspection in 3 weeks. After receiving a copy of the documents it turns out the cancellation is 7 days from signing. The salesman lied to get me to sign and I fell for it. I have emailed copies of letter of termination per the lease and will be mailing them in the morning. I want to fully terminate this lease without penalty and file a complaint for the salesmans misleading and untruthful comments.

      ************************* knocked on home door and peered in window. I met him outside. He said he wanted my utility bills to assist me in saving money. He said it would cost $100 one time fee which I could pay today (cash). Showed me either a fake or other customers bill with their PII on it. I told him I am not interested and not to come back.
