      DECEITFUL SALES REPRESENTATIVES! MY office already had services so when a sales representative stopped by with a pamphlet with "add-on services" I agreed to simple dispenser services. When leaving, he had me sign his handy dandy iPad but did not go over any contract or terms of agreement as it was an "add-on". When I tried to cancel, I was told I could not because the lease term is 60 MONTHS. These sales representatives know no one would ever agree to that long of a MINIMUM service agreement so they distract you and mislead you to simply sign without reviewing anything. Currently working with legal to see what our options are but will NEVER do business with them ever again and will let the world know what scammers they are!

      SHADY SHADY SHADY. When we were approached by their sales rep we were told we could put our services on hold or cancel at any time. Then, when I try to cancel 2 years later, am told that I have a 5 YEAR CONTRACT?! What? My lease wasn't even 5 years long. Don't believe the sales reps.

      Please be aware that Cintas Corporation is a terrible agency. They will not service you, continue to bill you, and then when you cancel your service for lack of their service they will send your account to collections. The customer service here is awful. They will tell you when you sign up that you can cancel anytime but in fact they have you sign a 60 month agreement and will not let you out. You're better off staying away from this company altogether unless you just love poor service, poor customer service, poor quality, and predatory practices.

      RUN AWAY!!! They sneak in price increases, don't supply what they bill you for, Sales Reps are shady, they expect the delivery employees to be the ones to tell you everything from price to product changes and issues. Ordered wrong shirts, came in filthy and with someone else's patches. No morality at all. They do not care about anything other than getting you to sign the contract.

      Trying to cancel billing, we are getting NO service and have requested many times via email and via phone conversations to cancel the service. At one time this was a great company but good people kept leaving, now NOT at all professional. After ready the other posts here I see I am just one of many getting the same treatment.

      This company is crooks, and awful to deal with. Our district manager warned me before signing up for their service due to negative experiences she had over 10 years ago when she felt with Cintas for the ****** locations her family owned. I definitely should've listened to her and STAYED AWAY. I met sales rep at both locations we were testing their services at to show where we wanted dispensers installed (Soap, Paper Towel, Chemical Dispenser, Toilet paper Dispenser, Etc.) They installed them in the completely wrong area. After having their services for roughly 6 months I noticed we were getting charged for a full restock of supplies every two weeks when the driver would stop by to stock us. The way their services are supposed to work is you get charged for the supplies you use and the driver tops off any supplies you use every time he is scheduled to stop by the location. To make a long story short were were getting charged thousands of dollars for products we did not use. For example we originally received a full box of trash bags at the first delivery. We did not even open the box of trash bags yet were charged $50 ish every two weeks for a new box of trash bags when we didn't need or receive any. THIS COMPANY IS ****** STAY AWAY!!!

      HORRIBLE COMPANY! If I could give them no stars, I would.We sign up for their services in March 2023, our Rep ******************* talked **** about me in front of my employee which I was not happy with, then we didn't get the services that we were getting charged, and requested to cancel. Another rep ******************************* contacted me to correct things and he screwed up the first day so I requested to cancel. I didn't trust this company and wanted to be present when they showed up and requested for ******* to give me a heads up and he did not and we have on camera, the cleaning reap and what he did. a few days later I get an invoice and we are being charged for things we never received! I contacted ******* to just cancel my account and he ignores my emails and doesn't call me back. The billing department calls me to tell me that I am past due, I told her the situation and she said she'll get someone to reach out. NO ON DID and NOW I am being charged $90 for just being on their route and they send me the bill stating customer not found! I even threaten them that I'd report them on the news and to the BBB if they don't cancel me out and still no response. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

      Liars. They literally lied to me when I canceled their service because they could produce the quality linens that we needed. Said they would give me 6 weeks free as a gesture of goodwill since I had to sea with all the issues and I was still free to cancel after that period. Now that its time to cancel, they conveniently dont recall that conversation. Scam artists and liars. I am getting my attorney involved because they shouldnt be able to be big bullies when they cant even provide the proper linens still.

      Horrible place to order work shirts through, I have had more than one bad experience ordering from them. NEVER AGAIN AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER!!!!

      My company ******** ********* LLC had a contract with Cintas in March 2022. In May of 2023 the company went out of business. I contacted Kendall my service rep. He stated that when a company goes out of business the contract is over unlike when a company just cancels service which I did not, I went out of business. June of 2023 I recieved the LAST invoice from Cintas in the amount of $48. I paid my invoice and was waiting for a final invoice for the Logo Mats that we were required to purchace, that invoice never came. In July of 2023 I was contatced by Charlie S******** of ********* ***** *** ******** a collection agency, I was sent an invoice via email for the amount of $5700, listed on tha invoince was a breech of contract fee & the logo mat fee. Without ANY communications from Cintas this was sent to collections, I contacted Cintas and spoke with Allison W****, and tiold her that the person listed on the contract was an authorized signer but not the owner, she said that is what they had on file and it was sent to *** collections. I replied to her and asked to speak with one of the managers, She then had Kristie R***** email me and tell me the same thing, Not once asking who the proper owner is to correct the mistake of sending the wrong individual to collections. To make this even more troublesome, My husband was the authorized signer and signed the original contract. Now they have him listed on the collection, he is a 100% disabled veteran and on SSDI. They are trying to sue the wrong person he is not the owner of ******** *********** LLC. Tax records will show this as proof. They have the wrong person listed on the collection.
