  Cintas has to be the worst run uniform company I have ever encountered in the three markets I have worked in. They struggle to get orders right, special orders take months, clothing comes back filthy or torn, and I pity anyone who needs to exchange anything. There are better business partners. Think hard before you bargain shop with them.

  Originally thought Cintas wasnt going to be a bad company since they got my fianc uniforms within a week of starting. Once he transferred locations thats when it all went downhill. Half of the uniforms were turned in at the old location and the other half turned in at the new location. First time Cintas came to the new location he also ordered shorts. There should have at least been the half he turned in to be washed the next week, but everything vanished. The ones to be washed and the order of shorts all didnt exist. Hes been having to use personal clothes for a month now and weve been having to use our time, money, stain remover, and risk damage to our washer because Cintas couldnt be bothered to do their job no matter who reached out to them. Customer service is a joke. I reached out for corporate customer service and got direct contact information for the local branch, but neither was willing to do anything about it. I never even heard back from the local branch. It took a new driver coming to the location and looking into things to make uniforms show up. Best I can hope for now is that when they get turned in to be washed they come back. This was never an issue at the first location. Both locations are serviced by the same branch, so I dont understand how the service changed so drastically just by changing locations.

  My experience with Cintas Corporation has been profoundly disheartening. Having been loyal customers since 2021, we feel let down by the corporation's blatant lack of empathy and understanding towards our financial situation. Trapped in an inflexible 5-year lease agreement, we've been met with a harsh refusal to cancel services unless we pay an exorbitant fee of over $7,500, an amount we simply can't afford.Adding insult to injury, Cintas continues to bombard us with unnecessary supplies. We're practically drowning in paper towels - our current stockpile could easily last us a year. And it's the same story with soap and sanitizer; we have enough to last us at least six months, but the deliveries keep coming.Instead of a true partnership, our relationship with Cintas feels more like an unending torrent of products that we don't need and a mounting debt that we can't pay. This business practice shows a complete disregard for our needs as a customer and, unfortunately, we cannot recommend their services. We rate our experience 1 out of 5 stars.

  DO NOT do business with this company! This company is running a scam! If i could give less than a star I would. We did business with them for years and when we decided to discontinue service they came and had an employee that was not authorized sign a contract and try to force us to continue doing business with them. They continue to send us bills, etc. Trying to cancel for almost a year and they continue to harass us, now telling us we had to send something certified mail to not have an automatic renewal.

  I have been working with Carlos M. at Cintas for about 2 years now. He has gone above and BEYOND meeting my community's needs! Even making special trips for events, and last minute may I add!! This *** highly recommends Cintas and their spectacular employees. They will service your company with that fine touch that only Cintas can provide! A+ ****** ** ***

  Please do not sign or do business with this company! Their reps are dishonest and the office staff is as well. Following in similar footsteps of the other reviews we signed what I thought was a one year contract that ended up being 5 years. They raised the price without notice and then said it would cost around $5000 to cancel the contract. The drivers that come around once a month (if that) are rude and basically just walk in and hand us a bill. They provide no service at all. I had two sanitizer units fall off the wall and was told a technician would come out to fix them and it NEVER happened. Seems like by the time people check this site it is too late, and they are in the same boat as the rest of us but if by chance you are reading this and haven't signed with Cintas yet...DO NOT DO IT!

  Bad service if had different options (company use) would not have them.
  Loose uniforms, do not replace all uniforms, clam on back order, still charge same amount when not given correct amount of uniforms. Keep asking about back order and told on the way but new employees are getting all there uniforms. If you need uniforms check for other options this company is only after your Money. Customer service is not possible.

  We canceled the service in Mid November 2022. Called numerous times. Emailed numerous times. They see that we canceled, and its been 'escalated' several times. We continue to be billed. Pure negligence from cintas.

  Thought Cintas would be a good choice for our employees but man were we completely wrong! You will be tricked into believing you can get out of a contract if you do not agree to the fee hikes, however they say you’re in contract breach then say they are suing you. This is after two years of faithful payments! The fee hikes are outrageous and unfair. PLEASE DO RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH THEM! Buyer Beware.

  All Service and Parts employees in our company (more than 100 stores) are getting new uniforms from Cintas. These are replacments for ones we have had from them. Issue is, they took all the old uniforms before they had all the replacements, this was 9 weeks ago and some of us still have NO shirts
  They don't seem to care. They said once that we would get loaners, that was about 4 weeks ago.
  We work in a diesel shop, we get oil, diesel and grease on us. We have to wash our own shirts which leave oil residue in the washer.
  Nobody at Cintas cares
