I love the comforter set I ordered from Black Forest Decor, however, upon inserting pillows into the shams, the zippers broke on both shams. I called Black Forest Decor's customer service department, and they have done an excellent job communicating with me.

I love everything that I order from Black Forest Decor! The quality, detail and workmanship is amazing. And if there ever is an issue with an order you receive, they give top notch customer service and always resolve the issue quickly and pleasantly. Plus their follow up is fantastic, definitely the best in the catalog/website business.I can honestly say that whatever I order from Black Forest gets so many compliments from our guests. Good company, nice products, attentive ***************** I recently ordered a floor lamp and received a carton that was 16-1/2 inches cubed. Didnt open it while I was waiting for another box to complete the order. I assumed (incorrectly) that the shade, harp, finial, pole and base couldnt possibly have fit into one small carton. I contacted **************** to complain. They said, Open the box and check! Sure enough, everything was there. ** rep ***** was most forgiving. My mistake entirely. Ive been a Black Forest customer for about four years and have enjoyed their products. Highly recommend.Black Forest Decor, LLC

Their customer service exceeded my expectations. My order arrived promptly but there was a small issue with it. I emailed customer service and they responded within an hour and fully resolved the issue with no action necessary on my part. Really, the best customer service Ive experienced. One item was missing in my package, and immediately they jumped on it and made sure to make it right. I've dropped hundreds of dollars into this company, so I can vouch for it.
