Black Forest Decor is definitely our happy place! Over the last few months we have purchased beautiful rugs, metal wall decor, resin bears, candle holders, kitchen linens and more. Just recently delivered was a beyond gorgeous Mountain Bear Console table. We were even assigned a kind, caring professional Account Coordinator (*****) for this exceptional piece of furniture to help handle every detail from purchase to delivery. Their products are exactly as pictured in their fun catalogs and website and are of the highest quality. With sincere thanks for helping make our home such a comfortable, lodge-y place to enjoy for many years to come!

I think the **** of a good company is when things don't go as planned and they make it right. I ordered 4 wall hangings for gifts and the way they were packaged caused damage to each one. Black Forest immediately let me know they would send out 4 new items. I was impressed with their quick response from customer service and look forward to getting the replacements.Black Forest Decor, LLC

I appreciate how ***** *. helped me quickly and got me a refund when I forgot to add an item to my order the day before. He got it cancelled and immediately refunded my ****** so I could redo my order! I liked how fast he answered my call, too. I didn't have to wait at all! Thank you, ***** and Black Forest Decor!
