I love ALL the products that Black Forest Decor offers and have purchased many items to enhance the decor of our cabin this past year (waste paper basket, tissue holder, paper towel holder, sign, couch cover, etc.). More than their products however, I appreciate the above and beyond customer service their team provides. I recently desired to modify an order, which I was unable to do online. I ended up sending an email and their customer service **** personally called me back and assisted me in meeting my needs. I will be a repeat customer not only for the quality and variety of products they offer but also for the great customer service they provide. Thank you!

***** **** was instrumental in helping me get a new pinecone bench top to replaced a damaged one. She went out of her way to talk with the manufacturer and convinced them to just sell me the top and not the whole bench. Great customer service!Black Forest Decor, LLC

Black Forest Decor, LLC is the best. The products are first class and always a satisfactory purchase. Sometimes there is a delay with shipping but these are very unique items that are hand crafted, but Black Forest Decor does a superb job of keeping you updated as to a delivery date. I'd recommend Black Forest Decor to anyone and everyone. I know you'd be happy with their beautiful products and craftsmanship. We ordered the Bear Retreat Floor Lamp. It arrived on Saturday broken during shipping. I contacted them on the website and received a prompt reply telling me they would contact me within 4 business hours. Within 2 hours of the time the opened on Monday I had a further reply notifying me that their claims department had been notified and I would hear from them within 2 business days. 3 hours later I had an email from ***** stating that a replacement had been ordered and giving me a new order number to track it by.
