We ordered the Bear Retreat Floor Lamp. It arrived on Saturday broken during shipping. I contacted them on the website and received a prompt reply telling me they would contact me within 4 business hours. Within 2 hours of the time the opened on Monday I had a further reply notifying me that their claims department had been notified and I would hear from them within 2 business days. 3 hours later I had an email from ***** stating that a replacement had been ordered and giving me a new order number to track it by. Overall their customer service was excellent.

Black Forest is my go to company for quality, design and superior customer service. Whether Im looking for the full bear experience or classy rustic design they have it. The associates are what make Black Forest the ************ of customer service in that each one is responsive, knowledgeable and have great communication skills. Unfortunately, my bear was damaged during shipping. However, after reaching out to Black Forest, they quickly apologized and promptly sent me a replacement.
