Recently I ordered and received the On Mountain Time clock. The box it came in was really beat up and I was hopeful but it was cracked in two places. The customer service department was awesome and ordered a replacement immediately. I realize its the delivery service fault but Im so impressed with how I was treated and no questions asked. I even had pictures but they believed me! I will continue ordering from Black Forest! Have many of their items that I really like!

I recieved my first order from Black Forest and everything came on time and as described. I had one damaged item. I notified them and they responded politely and swiftly to replace the item. I recently ordered a quilt comforter set from Black Forest Decor. The product I received exceeded my expectations. The quilt, pillow shams, and decorative pillow were absolutely gorgeous and of excellent quality! The ordered items were received very quickly (less than a week) and the communication from the company kept me informed of shipping date and arrival. I've ordered dozens of items from Black Forest Decor over the past 3 years, and I recently received a large Bear statue that was obviously severely damaged in shipping. Their customer service department immediately shipped me a new one, free of charge. Black Forest decor has been a great experience. I found everything I wanted for a bathroom redo. Prices were reasonable and the customer service was great. Timely emails on status of my order. Had a few issues month ago with that condition of my bear statue and customer service *** was outstanding with the handling of my issue. I had a wonderful experience and a super attitude!I was so satisfied I ordered another statue and this time I forgot to enter the discount code. 100% my fault bit again black ******* **** to the occasion and once again i was extremely pleased with the handling of my orders I been a long time customer and superior customer service attention as I received on my last 2 orders is second to non!
