I love Black Forest Decor! I especially love the awesome customer service I received from *****. She really does go above and beyond with any concerns and works to make you completely satisfied. She is one of the reasons I return to Black Forest Decor. I have ordered area rugs, quilts and lamps and have been totally satisfied. Thanks for having great **** to deal with!

It's harder to earn five stars for an error. But that's just what Black Forest did. Sent a similar item but not the one ordered. I had to confess that it was lovely, even though not the exact one ordered. After sending a quick picture of what I received, I was told to keep it and the correct one was on the way. Could not be more impressed. We'll done to the customer service folks (********!). First time buyer. We'll be back.Black Forest Decor, LLC

The decor items I ordered were delivered promptly and in beautiful condition. There was an issue that needed addressing, but the customer service team was understanding, professional and courteous.
