      Great internet until something goes wrong with their equipment, then you have to pay $45 for a service call or drive to the local store which is an hour away only to find them closed! I suppose I will provide my own equipment being I cannot get help or service. Time to search for a different provider.

      I have been loyal this company for the last 3 years till this has happened i feel like this is part of deaf discrimination as well because i tired to contact them multiple times and never response it back and refuse to fix my billing cause i did return my equipment to them and never change my billing which i owe for $290 i feel like they used me for money and ripped me off. Im thinking about to *** this company. I am too vivid at this situation

      Vyve Internet isn't terrible, but it's also not reliable. I would definitely try another provider if they were available in my area. Vyve goes down 3-4 times a year, but you'll never know for how long. Are technicians really working on it right now? Do you have an ETA? Nope, it's impossible to know. So do you need to go somewhere else to work in the morning? It will be a surprise when you wake up. You can text for an update, but it's not super accurate. I've texted and received and outage response, then logged into my router to find out my Internet was back online. I understand outages will happen, but if you've been in business for 20 years and still can't provide an ETA on a outage, you're just being lazy. You know how long it should take, you just don't want to provide an inaccurate time because you think we'll be more angry. If you aren't able to predict an accurate range, you probably don't know anything about your business, or you hire incompetent workers and can't trust they'll complete the job in a timely fashion. It's disappointing in the age of AI and analytics that Vyve can't (or won't) be a better business partner to it's customers.

      For almost 2 years i have tried to clear up someone making payments on my account, then Vyve taking the money off my account. You would think after this much time and all my calls, they could contact said person and clear things up or maybe correct their system. Ridiculous!! Trying to talk to customer service is futile. Managers are no better. How hard is it to identify a problem and solve it within your system. At this point, it has become funny at how inept they are. 1 star because it would not let me do zero stars.

      I have only had the service for a week but looking at all the negative reviews makes me want to share my experience with ****. When I initially called I spoke with a woman named ******* from ********,she was exceptional at answering my questions and calling me back promptly with an answer when something needed to be clarified by a supervisor not readily available. During an on- time installation, two extremely nice men answered all my stupid questions. Tray, the head installer from ****************** gave me his card if I had any questions later on. 5 days later my first auto pay was rejected and my service went out immediately. I was told it would be 72 hours before my service could be turned back on. I assumed they had transposed a number when we had set up the auto pay. They wanted to charge me a $30 return check fee. I called Tray and expected to be referred to the billing department, but no, HE called billing, got them to waive the fee and HE had a woman call me to get my checking information again. My service was reinstated 10 minutes after her phone call. **** also called me later that day to make sure everything was back on. This is THE BEST customer service I have ever received!! Maybe I got lucky and got the nicest customer orientated service man on the planet or this company is hiring and training its employees to really care.

      I turned in my internet equipment on 03/26/24 & cancelled service. The next day I called for a prorated balance bc I cancelled in the middle of a billing cycle, I was told I had to pay the entire bill. Billed from: 3/14/24 - 4/13/24 & was told they suspended my service when I turned in my equipment on 3/26/24 but it wont be cancelled until 4/14/24. Why should I pay for service Im not using & I returned your equipment? The reason for cancellation was the internet buffering & weekends & nights it wouldnt work at all.

      Outages at random, ALWAYS. The weather can be sunny and no wind but theres an outage. Outages for no reasons. These random outages happen at the LEAST 5 times a month. They range from minutes long to hours long. Its not worth it. Please, if you want to get this service do not. Youll be upset.Ive had techs come to my house and fix the issue and it should be good now. Here I am again, with an hours long outage and still going.Save yourself the anger and do not get this service.

      I never got the speeds I was told and service was not reliable at all in out you never knew , prices got over budget for **, turned in our equipment 2 days into new month to find out they expect me to pay full month, they dont pro rate is what we are told, bad biz is all I can say

      Always losing signal no tv no internet have had people out to my house 40 times in 2023 they are not smart enough to fix problems vyve is the only business in town been here for years and never worth a c*** I am paying $310.00 a month for sorry movie`s sorry service but have no choice THEY ARE ONLY GAME IN TOWN . . they think all you have to do all day is wait for them to show up to fix a problem they are not trained well enough to trouble shoot and fix so you wait all morning or all afternoon your time does not mean a dam thing to Vyve and if you do not like it quit using ****** ******* need to be closed down people can buy outside antennas 0 dollars a month . 6 or 7 years of frustration with this ******* .

      I had been a loyal customer for many years (since they took over communicom, I think was the last company before they bought it out) Was tired of my horrible internet service so I turned in all my equipment on 11/14/2023 waited to get an updated bill to reflect not having service for the full month. Invoice was not discounted or prorated. Called customer service and was informed that they do not prorate their invoices. How is it legal to keep money for service that was not used. Company has horrible communication and service, WORST internet provider available. I would avoid them at all cost, PVE has internet available in our small town as well as Point Broadband I suggest using them for your internet needs RUN from VYVE RUN
