      Scam artist. Returned our equipment they said nothing but tried to charge us for not returning it until we got to claims then they claimed they have it damaged and made us pay $150 for damaged equipment complete scam of a company avoid at all costs

      After initially claiming they could service my house, they had a crew "survey" they area and made the determination that they were unwilling to spend money expand their infrastructure to just 10ft across the road or use the utility line and pole that runs through my backyard, and did not bother to communicate this to me the day of said survey, even though I was home. They closed my account without warning and I had to call several days later to find out why they hadn't done any work and why my deposit was not returned. Its very apparent that they're unwilling service new customers with all but the bare minimum of effort and don't ******************* when something on their end is faulty.

      To Whom It May ************ is not a complain about our local ************. Office. It is about Vyve Broadband, LLC Headquarters and their business practices.We have been an existing Northland Broadband/Cable Internet customer for years before ********************** took over in the ************. My **** started at $19.99, and rose to $29.99, $39.99 and $49.99 monthly after many years. Never had problem with servicing or billing, until Vyve Broadband has taken over and problems have begun.By bill in 2022 has been $49.99 for internet service and nothing else. Now Vyve Broadband is trying to charge me for Data. I have talked to many of their service agents and techs personal online and by cell phone ********** and none can explain to me how I am using Data. I get transferred from person to person and the run around on how they upgraded system and cable and is much better and so on. I tell them thats great, but I never gave you permission to charge me more money. Vyve should not charge existing Northland Broadband/Cable customers more money for anything, especially without my permission and honor my existing contract.I finally got frustrated, went to our local ********************* and the problem was fixed. My bill was back to original payment of $49.99 without data charges.About six months later, again the problem arises with data charges. The **************** seems to do what they want without warning or permission from customers about the extra charges. Looks like they, see if people react or say anything about it. They keep transferring over from person-to-person or the will call you back which they never do, without resolution.I have been paying my $49.99 bill as contracted by Northland Broadband/Cable. I will not pay their Data charges because not only they cannot explain to me how I am using Data, but also I never got warning or gave permission to do so.Sincerely **************

      Predatory Business Vyve Broadband preys on college students. They take their equipment back and still bill the students $150 for not returning it. We argued with them for months about the $150 bill for equipment that was returned; eventually, we had to pay the fee in order to avoid ruining my son's credit.

      Worst internet ive ever had its ridiculous. Outages every other day and when its not out you get a quarter of the advertised speeds. Im going on 5 days now of of 20 download and less than 1 upload when the speeds are supposed to be 200 download and 30 upload and to top it off i get like 50 percent packet loss and i have to wait 6 more days until they can get a service tech out. its pathetic. Id give 0 stars if i could.

      Worst internet service I have ever had. **************** is a joke. We had a tech out they ran all the tests said it was the main line and someone else had to come out. Supposedly the main line tech is coming to my house every day for the last week. No one has showed up. Now they have stopped returning our calls. Internet drops constantly. Its just ridiculous and sad. I will definitely not be recommending their service to anyone else.

      Ive had ****** outages in a month. Vyve broadband is the worst internet service I have ever had period. I do not recommend them to anyone ever.

      I've been a Vyve Broadband internet customer since April 2013. While service has improved in recent months, bandwidth and reliability remain an issue. I've complained frequently and service improves for a period of time then we start having problems again. I've contracted for Vyve 200 for which they advertise up to 200 Mbps down load and 30 Mbps up load. While the up load speed is consistently at ***** Mbps, down load speed is typically below 100 Mbps (current down load speed is 92 Mbps). It is my belief that Vyve should be providing what they advertise.

      Vyve is literally the worst internet we have ever had. We have internet outages multiple times a day it never works. It the only hi-speed internet on our area if thats what you want to call it. Have made calls in the past but they always say temporary outage in the area or nothing is wrong so have literally given up until another provider is in our are and hopefully they will push Vyve out. Wprst internet ever!!!!

      I really don't understand paying for service when every time I turn around the service is always out. It's always an outage and they never know what's the cause but they know how to charge you.
