      Every time we call on our internet they talk us into going to the next package up. I work from home and cant get through 1 day without the internet dropping off 5+ times every single day. I am a gamer and have now stopped gaming cause everything I do just lags. Im paying for the ************************************************************************** we needed to adjust the range. But yet they put I. The exact same thing cause Ive taken photos of the splitter and confirmed theyre just doing that to make you think theyre actually doing something. I was getting 15 mbps with our last provider and it worked better. Vyve will be losing business from my family if they can not get consistent. Worst customer service I have ever received

      Worst customer service. Prices keep climbing. I don't have anything extra and I'm over $250 a month. Unstable TV viewing. They have a monopoly in this area. Sure do miss Northland cable.

      Vyve is the worst internet provider I have ever seen, Ive been getting 3 mbps for 3 weeks and they wont do anything to fix it. I pay for 940 mbps not 3! Useless company.

      The nearest server for their west coast customers is in oklahoma. Super slow latency speed. Verizon home internet just moved into my town. It’s only a matter of time before this company shuts down or gets bought out. I’m hoping it gets bought out. HORRID COMPANY.

      Just the worst. On a daily basis, my internet lost connection, which required time to reconnect. I work from home and was forced to stop working in the middle of my shift.

      I live in Coffee county in Douglas ** and this company is by far the worst internet provider Ive ever used. I dont know if they just have no idea what they are doing or just dont care. They cant even keep their service running for 1 month without an interruption. Maybe its because theyre the only broadband company in this are and theyre just doing the bare minimum. I would definitely switch to a different company if there was one here. My internet has been going down for days. *** already had it running like this once for almost an entire month of not working and they still charged me a full month. Their motto we dont care that your service doesnt work half the time but were still going to charge you full price each month. This company is a disgrace and something should be done to hold them accountable for their very very bad service. If you cant provide us customers with a product that will work, sell the company to someone who has the competence to do so. Needless to say Im highly disgusted with this company. DO BETTER!

      Here it is Fathers Day and Vyve internet has been down ever since last night. We have called about it multiple times and it's 9:30 p.m. and its still not fixed. We had to spend all day/ night without t.v. on Fathers *** and I think they could of done a better job fixing the problem. Who knows when it will be fixed but I'm sure our bill won't be any cheaper even though we haven't had any internet or t.v.

      My bill used to be 60 something a month. It jumped to 90 something dollars a month. This is the worst internet service I have ever had. I would change, but guess what, nothing else in the area for internet. So Im stuck with this worthless internet. It goes off or down at least ***** times a day. The only thing I do is stream tv and I have to reload it all the time. I also have to re connect it. For 90 something a month you would think that I would have better service than this. I do not recommend

      ************ is non-existent. Constant complaints of dropped signal. Interrupted service 4-6 times per day. Outrageous rates and can get ZERO support or assistance.
