C*** service, I told them so, they tried to upcharge me for a service plan on a rental router I've not touched since they were here, so I canceled. Now they refuse to stop billing me until I complete a phone exit review. I don't work for them, I returned the device, and I have an email stating they received my intent to cancel, but unless I call and ask nicely apparently they get to keep charging me? BBB involved, STEER CLEAR!Vyve Broadband, LLC

We been with **** for about 7 years, a lot of disappointments during this time with you all.We finally was able to escape the poor service that you all offer in may of this year.We cancelled may 3rd, and you all still want ** to pay for a service that we don't even have until may 24Th. I realize that the lack of service this month should be close to the normal that I've paid for these past 7 years but this time it is way to ridiculous.The rude Rep that I spoke to just basically said pay ** or pay collections. I tried to explain that I don't mind paying for the few days that I actually had the service but I never once agreed to pay for service beyond what I actually received, nor do you all have anything showing that I acknowledged such a terrible policy. I paid my bills on time every month for 7 years and I consider myself a valuable customer, but I do not like being treated with all this disrespect and being robbed of my hard earned money.I told the your Reps on the day I cancelled and again today, that if they produce and show me something that shows my acknowledgement of this pitiful policy of punishment for wanting to have better service that I would pay.I was told that there is no such documents.Isn't that convenient? He did say that someone would call me back real soon, I've been waiting now for 4 hours, and no one calls..The money that your terrible service cost my wife in lost wages, due to frequent internet outages far more out weighs the cost that you all are trying to steal from me, considering that works from home. This service has been garbage. I dropped a solid bill on this company only for them to squat on it for 4 months. They have not contacted me at all. And every time I've contacted them they have done nothing but give me the run around. This is just for a simple install that probably "shouldn't take "more than an hour". Vyve is ridiculous. Service and customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Never works, when you call customer service all they want to do is send out a tech. I wish my town had more than one internet provider.Vyve Broadband, LLC

Worst internet company ever. Vyve cuts on and off my internet everyday day and I have to call them more that 15 times a month! Its been 5 days since used my laptop for school work. Do NOT EVER expect good internet quality. I payed $75 a month for my bill and the internet still cant even perform simple tasks like watching ******** I wrote this review while waiting for my call to be answered on the waitlist.Vyve Broadband, LLC

Negative star (if possible). I NEED my internet to work in order for me to work. For the past week it has been going off and on about every 5 minutes. I pay for 1 gig. My speed however? It ranges from . (yes a decimal) 5, as in 0.5 1/2 a **** to 500 megs, and EVERYWHERE in between. It does take on the former rather than the latter speed wise. I did 30 tests at random times, and got an average of ****. So a total of **** out of a possible ****. I get the whole "reset equipment" speech, and yet nothing happens. The "service" remains the same quality that I would expect from a half baked company who wants to me to give them my money, meanwhile not provide appropriate service for what I'm paying. Now to the fun part. I am now on suspension from my job b/c I am unable to get anything done due to their "service". I get a very nice hourly compensation. Are you going to reimburse me there for lost wages b/c you guy can't figure out how the heck to run fiber through my town? Or even better, you guys insulate the heck out of the ped during winter to keep your stuff from freezing. Then no one takes it off for summer to keep it cool, so now your equipment is overheating.I spoke to your tech while he was there, you idiots actually had wires FUSED AND MELTED because no one took off the insulation and it melted said wires. Great job. IF you can get their service to work for you it's okay at best. I'd rather go with ******** or someone else, I refuse Century Link, so the only option is Vyve. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who might come here for service. Thank you Vyve for my suspension. Your legal team had better pray that I don't catch wind of a class action for fraud. I would advise anyone considering this company to look in a different direction immediately. Please someone get in contact with whoever is in charge over at Vyve because dealing this company has been the absolute worse. They are taking money for services that cuts off and on EVERYDAY. That is not an exaggeration. From the poor customer service to the horrible internet service. I’ve submitted a complaint multiple times & nothing happens. There is only one other option for internet in the area and the price for that is astronomical and you can’t even get that in certain areas. When I moved in they installed a broken box covered in roach droppings! & was threatened with fees I’d have to pay! When I was given a disgusting broken box. I’ve worked all I’ve the US and this is by far the worse service provider I’ve ever encountered.Vyve Broadband, LLC

The internet connection could be spectacular, but I wouldnt know as my install date has been moved 6 times since I made my deposit. Theyll be there tomorrow between 8am and 10am. They never show up. I wouldnt suggest anyone ever do business with vyve. The customer service reps are very nice, so Ill give them that. My family and I cant keep wasting our time on vyve to come out and perform a simple install.Vyve Broadband, LLC

Vyve made an error in posting the return date of my equipment. Now they are charging an extra full month of service instead of giving me a partial refund for the final full month I paid. They are refusing to correct the error and are continuing to bill another month of service . They claim I terminated the service Dec 28, but that is not possible since I was out of town for Christmas.Vyve Broadband, LLC
