    On 11/27/2023 I received noticed that I had a charge of $399. from Mindvalley, **** Mindvalley has been charging me $399.since November 2020 for their subscription that they alleged I had signed up for. I had no idea what this subscription was for or when I allegedly signed. I called the number on the charge it is no longer in service. On the 28th November I was able to talk to their Virtual Assistant because there was no way to contact them directly. In my email I asked to be refunded $399., and to cancel my membership immediately. They claim they cannot cancel my membership or issue a refund that my membership had to cancel 2 days before the membership started which just started 2 days ago. I don't recall ever purchasing this horrible membership. I should be able to cancel and get a refund of $399.00. I am disappointed with Mindvalley for not resolving this issue. I'm hoping that you can help me with this issue.I am writing to cancel this horrible membership and subscription which I never agreed too and never used. Please help me. I am 74 years old and I feel unfairly taken advantage of.Thank you. *************************

    I found credit card charges from Mindvalley for 100s of dollars. I have no subscription with them. When I contacted them, they gave me an email address that is not mine and said to log in with that (completely unknown) email address.I have never accessed Mindvalley, and tried logging in with various emails as well as *********************** in order to try and find the subscription so I could at least cancel it.When I asked for a refund for this mysterious subscription that does not belong to me, Mindvalley told me that they do not provide refunds by policy as they sent me reminders. HOWEVER:1. I did not receive an initial receipt, nor any reminders 2. I have never been able to log in using the email they gave me, as it is not mine therefore I cannot access any password reset, therefore I cannot cancel the subscription, nor could I have at any ********* so as I was not even aware of having the subscription in the first place. 3. I do not know how Mindvalley accessed my credit card details 4. At this point I am left with no choice but to file a police fraud complaint, block my cards, as Mindvalley have no solution for this and refuse to refund the stolen money.Mindvalley have tried to tell me that I have an APPLE subscription, but there is NO subscription under my Apple ID (and I have only one). They keep stealing money from my card and refuse to stop.I have sent Mindvalley proof of all this, with screenshots, but they simply state their policy is no refunds as they sent me a reminder (to an email address that is not mine!)

    On November 24 2022 I signed up online for a $99/month service from Mindvalley and charged $99 to my credit card. After signing up I was unable to log in to their site so I tried contacting the company via whatsapp as they requested and by email as well, to assist me with logging in. After several frustrating days of trying to reach customer support I finally got a call from a manager. I told her I was no longer interested in the service and I wanted a refund. She apologized, told me my account is closed and issued me a refund for $99 posted to my credit card on December 5 2022. I moved on with my life thinking that was the last of it. Then in October 5th of 2023 I noticed in my credit card statement that Mindvalley had continued charging me $99 every month since. I sent them an email complaining about this, they had charged me $99 eleven times totaling $1,089 for a service I have no access to and an account that should have been closed. They responded by saying they can't return my money. So I reported it to my credit card company and my credit card company canceled the last four charges cause they can only go back four months.So out of the total 11 charges of $99 to my card I have only received 5 refund charges. 1 in the first month and 4 in the last 4 months. Mindvalley still owes me 6 months of charges at $594. I need them to refund this money. I was never able to access their service and I was promised this account was closed when I first asked them to close it.

    I paid for a subscription to Mindvalley on November 12,2022. I thought I had cancelled the renewal but I got An email today that it was due to renew soon. I have found it impossible to contact them via email or any other way. Thanks for your help.

    I signed up for their top program, the *** Program about a year ago. It was pretty pricey, but I thought I was going to get a lot for the value. What I did receive was a lot or propaganda on other programs and very little of the 1 to 1 coaching that was PROMISED.I was supposed to receive a primary Coach and then Specialty Coaches each Quarter. Not only did this not happen but I was asked to pay separately for a Specialty Coach that I asked to work with. This was simply a sales funnel and not a complete coaching program like was advertised. This was definitely not what I received!When I reached out asking about a refund or some variation, I was told that many others had asked for the same, but that I have missed the DEADLINE(June 2023). This so called deadline was not emailed to all *** Program participants and their response offered nothing for the $35,000 that I paid for a certain level of service that was not received.I received nothing stating that other were having the same issue or that I needed to respond by any deadline to request for them to make anything right. This supposedly kind, comforting and motivational company has proven that they care very little about the people that come to them for support and certainly back it up with nothing when it comes down to it about what they offer and its very high expense.Maybe they should go through some of their own coaching! I remain disappointed and WARN anyone thinking about subscribing and or signing up for any of their coaching programs. THEY don't care about you and will just take your money!

    No scheduling or access information given prior to start of program; no schedule for live events or link access give until 10 days after program started; email non active; WhatsApp support incomplete or unhelpful; community dialogue page full of spam promotional messages and spam accounts; repeated references to emails Ill receive for support but never do; refund request form says response in 3-5 days and *** curate partial response came in 10 days with repeated requests.

    I started a free trial on an abundance program. I tried to log in so I could listen to the instructor. I was immediately hit with an upsell to join more communities.DejaVu! Thats why I bailed on Mindvalley years ago. I never got to get to what I bought for all the trying to sell me something else. I EMAILED to cancel. I got nothing. I tried calling the 888 number that shows on the charge on my bank card. Disconnected!I emailed again to repeat my request to STOP. They billed me $99 today. Ive waited for their online support. It is a JOKE. This is a scam. And I am going to keep complaining. Thought maybe things were different. Shame on me. Fooled me twice. Time to send money BACK.

    I signed up for the program in October ****************************************************************************** what I understood I was signing up for. the majority of the so called leaders or experts qualifications are very questionable. The program is very time consuming & not easy to follow not to mention that to get the full benefit of what they sell you have to continue buying more modules, more programs. I had every intention of canceling before the renewal date which was October 23rd. I received an email a few days before but I was busy taking classes to renew my mortgage lic so I thought I could cancel that day which was this past Monday, to find out that they charged my credit card the day before, Sunday. When I reached out I was told via text & again email, theres no one you can actually speak with, that I received an email & should have cancel then, the fee is non-refundable period. If Im not mistaken you can cancel any membership up to the date of renewal, I guess that doesnt apply to MindValley,

    I am within the 15 days of MindValleys refund period. I paid them $499.00 up front to join and have access to their self improvement courses. Since they time I cannot log in even though I fully set up my profile. Im emailed them no answer Ive tried to call any phone number I can remotely find to get a refund as well as tried to use their own links for full refund within 15. This is beyond frustrating.

    I was quite surprised when I received a $399 charge (Invoice #*****) from Mindvalley for a product I hadn't utilized in several months. I had bought a program from them last year, and I wasn't aware of any automatic renewal policies in place. Additionally, the company didn't send any reminders regarding auto-renewals. Unfortunately, there is no available contact information on their website. While they have a WhatsApp number, it appears to be managed by a virtual assistant that couldn't provide assistance. I'm reaching out with the hope that you can assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.
